Patleh Polo or Palteh Polo is a traditional dish in a village in Tuyserkan, in Hamedan Province.
It is primarily made in winters.
Ingredients
Rice
Noodles
Minced meat
Fried onions
Salt
And Palteh, Hull free wheat, cooked and dried

Procedure
Cook rice and noodles together and strain. Mix them with Palteh, ground meat, and fried
chopped onions and let it cook well.

Procedure
First chopped onions finely and fry in oil along with stewing meat. Then add in salt and pepper.
Pour enough water and allow it to boil. Once the meat is half-cooked, add in lentils and once
lentils are half-cooked, add in groats and rice respectively. When water goes off, add in diced
potatoes as well as dill. Allow it to cook finely.
