Soozi is generally prepared in Sistan and Baluchistan Province.
Soozi is a plant growing in the province. Instead you can apply spinach but it won't be as delicious.
Ingredients,
Onions,
Potatoes,
Eggs
Garlic cloves
Salt and pepper
Oil
Procedure
   Soozi Omelet
First pick up Soozi and put in a pot filled with water and bring to a boil until loose. Drain the water and let it cool. In the meantime boil the potatoes and fry onions.
Take a pot and drizzle drops of oil at the bottom ( the amount of oil varies depending on the amount of the plant). Put the above cooked and fried ingredients inside. Beat the eggs and add them too along with salt, pepper and chopped garlic cloves. Stir it over fire to prevent it from sticking to the bottom. Once you feel the contents are well mixed you can serve it.
