Sar Gonjeshki is a local dish in Tehran Province. Sar Gonjeshki means sparrow's head, literally.
Ingredients
Minced meat, 500 g
Potatoes, 500 g
Tomatoes, 500 g
Onions, large, 2 nos
Garlic clove, 1 no
Rice, 1 tbsp
Water, 1/2 liter
Fried onions, 2 tbsp
Salt, pepper and turmeric, as per taste

Now directions,
First Mix together minced meat and grated onions. Add in pre-soaked rice which has been ground and mix well. Take one potato, Medium-sized, mince and add it as well. Season with salt, pepper and turmeric and knead finely so that the mixture does n't stick into your palms.
Then take the rest of the potatoes and chop into 3-cm cubes. Put a pot over the heat and put inside the fried onions. Pour in water along with salt and turmeric powder. Peel off the tomatoes and make puree to add into the above ingredients.
After a couple of simmers, take off small meatballs- Each the size of a sparrow head- and add into the pot. Also add in chopped potatoes with one chopped garlic. Cover the pot and let it cook. After 45 minutes, it is ready! Transfer to your desired platter. Bon Appetit!
Cooking points,
Applying minced potatoes and ground rice is to make the meatballs puffy after cooking process.
Instead of tomatoes, puree, you can use 2 tablespoons of tomato paste.
