Allow to boil till its water is almost gone, only about a couple of spoons of water should be left. Wrap the lid with a clean piece of paper and cover the dish. Give it a couple of minutes till rice is well-cooked.
Cooking Points:1. Adding 1 dried lime to the pot while boiling, will make your cuisine even more delicious.
2. If you think the color is not charming enough, you can add in 1 tablespoon tomato paste.
3. If desired, pour in 2 to 6 tablespoons milk to rice to have a nice Tahdig. Don't forget to lessen the same amount from the water you use.
4. You are recommended to apply butter instead of oil for cooking rice.
