5 medium zucchinis
1 medium sized potato
1 1/2 cups lentil dhal
1/2 cup broken rice
Salt, red pepper, and turmeric powder, for seasoning
Chop up the potatoes and zucchinis first. Put them in a pot with lentil deal, tomatoes, and broken rice along with enough water. Add in salt, pepper and turmeric powder. Turn on the high heat and bring to a boil.
