Jerusalem and its proud symbol, Al-Aqsa Mosque, is confluence of three great monotheism religions and since ancient times to the present time, it has won the purest and the most powerful spiritual monotheistic feelings of the religions.
From the perspective of Muslims' faith also holy status of the first Qibla of Muslims has given a special charm to the city that no alternative can be considered for it.
History testifies that Muslims over the centuries and even at the height of power and dignity and continuous failures of crusades have never protested of followers of other religions and left them free and empowered in exercising their faith and religious rituals.
It is not valid and correct for this holy land with its divine attractions to be exposed to bitter destiny of life and be puppet of selfishness and short thinking of racist Zionists that is alien and incompatible to the distinctive status of the city.
At the times when this country was in the hands of Muslims, the land opened its arms to all believers of all religions and gave a unique freedom of choice to monotheists for their favorite religious festivals. Christians were worshiping their God in churches and Jewish people were never subjected to aggression and disrespect and this remarkable time, which was full of proud and honors, passed over the centuries without any damages till the time when the Zionists occupied and seized the holy land by encouragement of their powerful supporters.
In the recent history, basis of Jerusalem was written in the name of an Arabic land that respected the freedom of all and respected all religious pilgrims and their beliefs; the Zionists undermined the sanctities of other faiths by trick and destroyed its legal rule.
Israel's early leaders in the 1947 imposed a so-called international constitution to the city, and then in a calculated conspiracy in 1948, they divided Jerusalem into two Eastern and Western parts, but they did not bear this obligatory division neither and in 1967, they added it to other seized land by Israel.
Near a century before the Zionists realized their dream, the Congress of Berlin recognized the city as an Arab country in 1878, but free access to holy places and pilgrimaging them and freedom in idea was for all residents of the city and protection of all worshipping places was organized in a nice way and how to pilgrimage the holy places in terms of time and doing certain ceremony of every religion was clear.
Although Jerusalem was an Arabic city, and the majority of residents, Muslims, were all increasing in terms of population numbers due to love of vicinity and life beside the Al-Aqsa Mosque, but they never give anyone a chance to cause pain for Christians and minority of the Jews.
Statute of Jerusalem, based on what was approved in the Congress of Berlin emphasized on freedom, mutual respect and observance of law, and the sweet days and joyous situation made everybody happy and satisfied, and basically there was no justify and reason to reject such progressive statute, which was based on liberal rule, so that a rough manner with justify of making international that provided the introduction of Zionist permanent annexation of the city be replace by it.
None of the current judicial practices in contemporary history were not used about Jerusalem; the ones used already for example, in "Tangier" and "Tristan" in current Morocco, and without expressing satisfaction of ruling power in city about the continuation of his power over it or covering eyes about it without even a fake consulting, the city and its ancient civilization were redefined in unique and exceptional status, and Jerusalem was practically divided into two parts controlled by Jordan and Israel, but in fact Jews, who were in the third place in terms of the population after Muslims and Christians, at once became absolute ruler of the city.
Zionists did not tolerate the discrimination against other faiths and during two wars with Jordan in 1948 and 1949, they limited Jordan's sovereignty only to a very small old area of the city, although the apparent sovereignty over the Old City of Jordan did not suit Zionists and in the fifth June 1967, they dominated Jerusalem by armed attack and also violated the imposed division, too.
Israeli leaders of the time, who were happy with three successive wars with the Arabs in 1948, 1956 and 1967, and swallowing important and strategic sectors of the Arab territories, especially Jerusalem, started to rant and upheld the little realistic prediction that knew the Zionist territorial interests far beyond the optimistic popular assumptions at the time.
West Bank of the Jordan River, which forms the most fertile part of this arid desert, the Golan Heights which was origins of the region's most important water resources, and the Sinai Peninsula, were all given into the hands of Israel and the West of Suez Canal, which was Egypt's most important source of foreign exchange earnings, got in control of Israeli and the strategic waterway was blocked.
But Jerusalem was something else, and Muslims, who were punishing for others' crimes, were observers of intoxicated cry of Jews which invited the Zionists around the world to the Promised Land and invited them to the Jewish state that none of them were compatible with others in terms of language and race and social customs, but the dream of "unity" of Zionists deceived all and the truth was slain in battle by deception and hypocrisy.
"Moshe Dayan", Israeli minister of war, who was bursting in happiness of the confiscation of Arab lands, after the Zionist hegemony over the city, stood against the "wailing" wall and shouted with excitement indescribable cry among other Zionist leaders that: "expectations for Jewish state for the reunification of Jerusalem came to an end. A nation recaptured his ancient origin and integrity and their capital. From now on, the two will not be separated and by a homogeneous of both parts of the city, Jerusalem is the eternal capital of the Jewish state."
The result of the complex game was so bitter that the United Nations, which was provider of ground for the domination of the Zionists in Palestine, this time was under pressure of Arab countries and their supporters, so condemned incorporation of Arabic lands especially the annulment of the Statute in the General Assembly in Fourth of July 1967 and asked Israel to abandon their claims about Jerusalem and Arabs. But this regime, which had plans from the beginning to fulfill their dreams, did reverse and with the approval of the House of Israel, it called Jerusalem as the capital of his state and transferred their ministries to this city.
Now, nearly 40 years after the unbelievable sorrowful accession of Jerusalem to occupied lands by the Zionists, Al-Aqsa Mosque is the biggest obstacle that has ruined cloth sewed by Israeli for holy city, and as long as this ancient town is stable and stands, greed of Zionists Jews for making Jerusalem Israeli and the elimination of all manifestations of religious non-Jewish places would not be possible.
claim of exploration for finding "Temple of Solomon and evidences of Solomon" was the best opportunity and pretext that could help the Zionists to go the path of violence and desecration of Al-Aqsa Mosque as the beginning of the process of destruction and annihilation of this sacred place, especially if it is combined with the claim that their desired temple is located just beneath the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Thus, under the pretext of searching to locate the temple, they began tunnel operations in the area of Al-Aqsa Mosque, which continued by Zionists and according to the experts it has caused general serious damages to the structure of the mosque which would not be restored.
Psychological warfare and resorting to harassment operations for obvious insult and violating the sanctity of Al-Aqsa Mosque was a part of their careful plan to destroy a place, which was standing strongly and proudly in front of angry and dissatisfied eyes of Zionists.
Therefore, terrorist acts as one of the most desirable options in terms of Zionists that was their permanent policy became a part of their agenda, and on a Monday in 1990, a few extremist Zionists, who were as members of the "board of trustees of the temple", decided to put a stone in name of one of the pillars of their legend, temple, in the Al-Aqsa Mosque before Muslims saying noon prayer.
Jerusalem residents prevented them entering the Al-Aqsa mosque believing that these people infect there, so clashes occurred between extremist Zionists led by "Ghershon salmon", chairman of the Board of Trustees of Temple, with five thousand Palestinian worshipers and it became extreme.
After Israeli soldiers gathered at the site of involvement and all entered the mosque, they set fire on the worshipers which led to the martyrdom of 21 people and injuring 150 others and 270 worshipers were also arrested.
The next Zionists' operation started when "Baruch Goldstein" a group of settlers of Zionist settlements "Kiryat Arba" entered Al-Aqsa Mosque during the morning pray. Goldstein waited behind one of the pillars of the mosque until the time of worshipers' bow began; then, while shooting to those who were worshiping, he also threw several grenades among them.
Bullets and grenade fragments led to 350 people being injured and, ironically at the time of the massacre, soldiers closed the doors of the mosque and stopped worshipers leaving the mosque and did not allow anyone to go inside the mosque to rescue the wounded ones. Meanwhile, others outside the mosque and others when carrying bodies of martyrs were martyred; result of the slaughter was martyrdom of 50 people, including 29 worshipers.
Free justice seeking international societies should study the issue of protecting the holy places and redefine it and field and basis of any study must also be the historical fact that Al-Aqsa Mosque is as old as several centuries and the fascination and love for this holy place is rooted in the hearts of Muslims that if the Zionists' wish come true which is destroying it, it will have outraged react and move of millions of Muslims.
