Ingredients

3 packages of pomegranate jelly powder (each 100 g)
1 ¾ cups Boiling water
1 ¾ pomegranate juice
350 g cream cheese
2 cups high-fat cream
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup seeded pomegranates for garnish
The awesome 3-layered pomegranate dessert is timely served on Yalda Night. No need to waste time to cook! You are recommended to prepare it one day before serving as it needs to be kept in the fridge to get absolutely ready. It is composed of 3 sour, sweet and cream-jelly layers. So it contains everything you expect from a good dessert.
Three-layered Pomegranate Dessert
It’s not difficult to make your own fresh pomegranate juice.
The top layer includes jelly made by natural fresh juice rather than cold water. The second combines cream and half-prepared pomegranate jelly as well as fresh pomegranate seeds. The bottom is made up of sweet cream creating a great surprise for your big parties on this long night. Your celebration will definitely be amazing just by glasses of jelly.

Directions:

To get started, prepare 9 glasses, bowls or every dish of desire and put in a large tray, appropriate to keep in the fridge; this will make the process more comfortable.
Prepare the jelly for the middle layer. Put a package of jelly powder in ¾ th cup of boiling water, stirring well till finely dissolved. Then add in ¾ cup cold pomegranate juice and mix. Set in the fridge till it is almost half-done. At this stage it should be half-liquid. Make sure to beat the mixture every 5 minutes till great in consistency. Then take out of the fridge and leave in room temperature.
In a bowl, whips cream cheese so quick that the air penetrates to make it light. In a separate large dish, put high-fat cream, powdered sugar and vanilla beating nicely with an electric whisk to create foam. Add in the beaten cream cheese and keep beating.
Halve the cream mixture of the earlier stage. Put 1 half in dessert dish applying a cooking funnel or a spoon and flatten the top.
Mix the remaining with half-done jelly till pink in color. You will have to apply beater and be so fast. Then add in 1 cup seeded pomegranates, stirring with a spoon. The mousse is ready to shape the middle part consistently.
Put the dishes in the tray and onto the fridge. Keep for 1 hour till the mousse is well shaped.
After that, go for the third strong layer; dissolve 170 g of jelly powder (equal to 1 2/3 packages) in 1 cup of boiling water. Then add in 1 cup cold pomegranate juice and mix well. Allow to cool into room temperature.
Add to the top of dessert dishes and put back into the fridge again. Wait at least a couple of hours till the top layer is entirely formed. You are recommended to keep there overnight.
Remember to garnish with pomegranate seeds. Happy Yalda, in advance!
You can substitute pomegranate jelly with any sort of fruits like strawberries.
