Ingredients: (for 4 to 6 persons)
500 grams full fat Greek yogurt (plain)
200 grams pottage pasta (you can get this from Persian grocery stores)
500 grams spinach leaves
150 grams chives and mint leaves
Salt, pepper and turmeric power to taste

Chop spinach and cook in a cup of boiling water for a few minutes. Add the pottage pasta and cook for a few more minutes until softened. Meanwhile process the chives and mint leaves with a tablespoon of yogurt until smooth. Add this paste to the pot along with the yoghurt and seasoning and remove from heat immediately. Continue stirring until yogurt is incorporated. This pottage is usually served cold as a side dish.
The whole dish contains 1250 calories. That makes around 280 to 315 per person depending on portion size.
