They - the conscious enemies and their mercenaries - hence provoked the fire of propagation of this false belief that Islam which is a religion that supports from of the oppressed and spreading justice and its supporters and guards has seen in the eyes of the young people and scholars of modern science as humble and lowly, and between the traditional Muslim and academicians and students Muslim on the other hand created discord or hostility. Their insistence on this matter and the extent of their propaganda is caused that to fix the charges and remove dark dust from the minds of the young in the not too long later is not possible. However, the social and political aspects related to the reform of worldly life, not only is included in the legal, social, political and economic provisions of Islam, but even the religious laws of Islam, which is the special duties of human toward their Creator God, is also not without political element:
For example, in the laws which are purely religious, such as prayer and pilgrimage, also are included the social and political aspects of the worldly life, but unfortunately Muslims have ignored from this kind of aspects and valuable works of worship. Hajj which is a ceremony that established in the place of descending of revelation and the center of advent of Islam, It is a great community which in light of the divine legislator command easily and without suffering severe problems is formed, While other governments and nations, just with great effort and large expenditure, are not able to hold such a gathering. But, alas, Muslims in all around the world from the benefits and blessings of this great community are unaware and also have been deprived. There is no doubt that if Muslims increase their social and political growth, many of the problems and difficulties of the Islamic Ummah can easily eliminate with exchanging their thinking and with ordinating and collaborating together with understanding their social and political way of needs and also with unity and integration and achieved to the useful ways to handle their own affairs.
Therefore, it is obligatory to all Muslims and also upon the spiritual leaders and scholars of Islamic seminaries that against the enemies of Islam, by any means which is possible, Revolt, so that for everybody become clear that Islam has come to present a government that is spread justice. Whether in-laws, financial laws, such as tax and national treasury and the method of tax collection from all classes and social strata, has been planned to develop in the fairway and also has described criminal laws, such as retaliation and limitation in a fairway that if these laws are implemented correctly and all, many crimes will be reduced and may be eliminated in general and in addition to these crimes and corruption which is arises from it, Such as prostitution and sins that occurs due to use of alcohol in society and those overt and covert crimes that creates from these sins, in general, will be lost. Also the laws which are related to the legal and judicial affairs has been developed in a fairly manner that, contrary to what is existing evidently in the courts in all over the world, without wasting time and spending heavy cost, will be considered to the rights of the people and to their cited, will be judged in the favor of the copyright holder. This method is also for the rules of jihad and defend borders of the Islamic government and also the treaty which is signed between the Islamic government and other governments. Islam is the founder of a state which does not has the way of dictatorship that in it the opinions and carnal desires of a person is forced to all people throughout society and nor the manner of the Constitutional and Republic which is based on some rules that some people of society sets up for all people. But the Islamic Republic is a system which is inspired by and derived from divine revelation that will help from the laws of God in all areas and none of the rulers and guardians of society cannot force their opinion. All programs which is in the fields of public administration and its dignity and accessories, effected to eliminate the needs of the people, should be based on divine law. This general principle, even about the obedience to the rulers and officials of the government's affairs is also used.
Yes, it should be added that the governing of Islamic society can act in some topics, according to the general interests of the Muslims or in accordance with the interests of the people in his state. This is not injustice, but this is for the interest of Islam and Muslims. So, the idea of ruler of the Islamic society as well as his action, is based on the interests of Islam and Muslims.
