1- Jaqur Baqur dish for 5-6 persons

Ingredients:

Recipe:

chop sheep offal which have to be finely washed, fold it in a colander until the water is absorbed, then put in a suitable container, let it boil on the stove with a glass of water, then slice the onions and add spices to them and wait until it lightly be cooked. After putting undercooked ingredients into the container, add the oil and powdered dried lemon. Wash the tomatoes, cut across and wait for it to be cooked slowly. After 5 minutes it is prepared, add salt to it. After preparing food, put it in a suitable container, and eat it with vegetables. Jaqur Baqur is a delicious and traditional dish, especially the old Tehranians.

2- Hamburger

Ingredients:

Garlic ……………… 1 clove
Egg ..................... 1 pcs
Cardamom, cinnamon, turmeric, ginger and saffron ..................... 2 teaspoonful

Recipe:

Recipe:

Grind the meat or squash it with a hammer which is especially for it. Then wash and put it in a colander until water is absorbed. Then placed in a porcelain dish, add grated garlic, slice onion and other ingredients to it and put the lid on and put it in the fridge for 1 hour to get tasty..

Recipe:

The sheep tongue should be cleaned and put in a colander until the water is drawn. 5- sheep head and leg dish for 4-5 persons

Ingredients:

The head and legs of lamb ...................... 1 pcs
Onion .....................1 large
Fresh lemon ..................... 500 g
Warm Sangak bread and fresh ..................... as required.

Recipe:

Before cleaning the head, pour water on the trachea and esophagus of sheep. Recipe:

Recipe:

Put all the ingredients into a suitable container, then mix them well. And molded them, arrange on a platter and eat as a snack. To prepare the food, use dried bread. To complete the nutritional value of the food, add a few dates and then eat it. This Dish is delicious and refreshing.

Recipe:

Recipe:
