The waterfall of Sardabeh is located on the eastern slope of Sabalan Mountain, about 24 km west of Ardebil.
Flowing near a hot mineral spring of Sardabeh, it is 15 m high. The fairly low amount of water is supplied through several upstream springs.
The temperature of the waterfall measures about 35°C. The amount of water increases when it is wet and the superficial currents of the basin join each other.
The permanent amount of water flow is about 25 liters per second. It's clear, slightly sour and colorless with a strong smell of sulfur.
