Lemon juice, 2 tbsp
Walnuts, ground, 4 nos
Cinnamon, 1 tsp
Saffron, ground, brewed, and thick, 1 tsp

First heat the butter inside a deep -bottomed pan and add in rice flour slow by slow, sautéing. Do it till the flour changes in color, brownish. Then pour in water, stirring constantly. Add in powdered sugar, lemon juice, ground walnuts, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil till thickened. At the end of the process, add brewed saffron. The dish is ready. You can serve it with bread (this is called Trid). Bon Appetit!
