Cooking beets is done in 2 ways; wash the beets and put inside a pot. Pour some water over and switch on the flame. Let it cook over the mild heat gradually. Once done, it is a sweet and nutritious meal for breakfast or dinner. The second way is to put lumps of clay on top of each other to make a fake oven. Put logs under and build a fire. The fire should be strong enough so that masses of clay get extremely hot and red-colored. Then put the beets inside the oven and cover the oven with clay. Almost 4 to 5 hours later , remove the clay on top and bring out the well-done red beets from under the lumps. This way you will have even more yummy beets. The rich beets are digested pretty soon.
