Ingredients
3 glasses rice
200 g dill, cleaned and chopped
1 Medium-sized salted Fish
1 to 2 cups sultana raisins
1 tablespoon dried lime powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon fried onion
Directions
Put the salted Fish in cool water at least 3 times till its salt taste is removed. Change its water each time. Then clean the fish and cut into fillets and strain.
Cook rice with dill, if desired, and do it either in Katteh or Polo( strained rice) forms. Apply butter in cooking it to make it tasty.
Grease a non-stick frying pan and fry the fillets. Add in fried onion, black pepper, sultan raisins and powdered dried lime. Sauté a bit and stir well till the ingredients and spices are mixed. Serve with rice. Bon Appetit!

You can put a layer of strained rice in the greasy pot and fill the top with the sautéed fish and raisins. Put another layer of rice and continue to the top.
