Soft dough inside 4 baguetets
3/4 up parsley leaves, chopped
Yolk of 1 egg
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons mustard sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon celery, finely chopped
5 tablespoons live oil
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup green bell pepper
1/4 cup ed bell pepper
450 g minced meat, mutton
Ingredients for Sauce
1 cup mayonnaise sauce
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Salt and black pepper powder for seasoning
Directions:
Put the dough exposed to air till dried. Then grind well. You will get about 4 cups of ground flour. Then take a mixing bowl and put it inside. Add in the yolk, lemon juice, mustard sauce, celery, and ground meat and sprinkle with salt and pepper and thyme. Mix them well. Then add in cubed green and red bell peppers and mix again. Heat oil in a frying pan and take a piece off the mixture and shape into oval or round patties. Put them in hot oil on low flame and fry them on both sides.
In a bowl, combine well mayonnaise sauce, lemon juice and season to taste with salt and pepper. The sauce is ready. When cutlets are done, place them in a serving platter and finally spread the sauce all over. Serve with bread. Bon Appetit!
