Ingredients ( you can make 18 cutlets out of these)
A pinch of saffron
500 g fish fillets
35 g fresh bread, cut into small pieces
2 galic cloves, pressed
1 1/2 dessertspoons caraway seeds powder
1/4 dessertspoon cinnamon powder
lemon rind, grated
Fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons coriander, chopped
1 egg
Oil for frying
Sauce Ingredients
150 ml thick yogurt
a few mint leaves, chopped
Salt and black peeper powder for seasoning
Directions:
For the sauce, mix all the ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
Put fish fillets in a plate and sprinkle with saffron. Keep it aside 30 miuntes.
Then cut fillets into small pieces and put in an electric mixer along with other ingredients: brewed saffron, bread pieces, garlic, caraway powder, cinnamon powder, grated lemon rind, 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, chopped coriander, the egg and seasoning of salt and pepper. Mix well till softened.
Shape a piece of the mixture into a patty and fry in oil. Make sure to do both sides. Do repeat with the rest of the ingredients. Once ready, transfer in a plate and serve with bread and sauce. Bon Appetit!
