Ingredients:

4 fish fillets, skinned
1/3 glass bread pieces
1/4 glass grated Parmesan cheese
3 glasses sliced carrots
1 tablespoon butter
3/4 dessertspoon ginger powder
A few lettuce leaves
Salt and powdered black pepper for seasoning

Directions:

Turn on the oven and set at 230 Celsius. Cover the oven tray with a parchment paper and grease well all over. Wash the fillets properly and dry thoroughly. Place them in the oven and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper on top. In a dish mix bread pieces and grated Parmesan and scatter them over the fish as well. Lay the tray in the oven 4 to 6 minutes till golden and well-done.
Boil the sliced carrots and then saute in a pan of melted butter and ginger. Saute a bit and remove. Serve the dish with sauteed carrots and lettuce leaves. Bon appetit!
