Ingredients:
4 whole legs cut in halves
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, sliced
3 garlic cloves, pressed
2 stems of rosemary
2 large potatoes
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Saffron, a pinch
Directions:
Wash chicken pieces properly and dry them. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grease the pan with olive oil and saute chicken 5 minutes till golden in color.
Peel the potatoes and cut into large cubes or slices. Grease the bottom of a Pyrex dish. Place chicken pieces along with onion, pressed garlic, and potatoes. Drizzle with drops of lemon juice and sprinkle saffron powder on top. Lay in the oven at 200 degrees and cook 1 whole hour. Remove and garnish with desired vegetables. Bon Appetit!
