Ingredients:
Serves 4
4 cups rice
400 to 500 g Stellate Sturgeon
3 potatoes
3 onions
1 cup pomegranate seeds
salt and pepper as per taste
Directions:
Soak rice and cook in a pot till a bit soft. Then go for straining. Grease the bottom of the pot with oil and arrange the peeled and sliced potatoes . Then set a layer of sliced onions, followed by fish and sprinkle with pepper and salt on top.
Put the pomegranate seeds and a few spoons of water. Put strained rice on top and pour in oil. Put the lid and allow it to cook well over low flame. 1 hour would be enough.
