Ingredients

300 g chickens
1 large Onion
1/4 teaspoon ground saffron
5 mushrooms
3 tablespoons green bell pepper, cubed
Salt, and pepper for seasoning
Oil

Directions

Put the chickens inside a bowl and cover with onion slices topped with bread saffron. Add the seasoning, salt and pepper. Keep in the fridge for a few hours. Grease a frying pan in some oil and sauté a bit the marinated chickens. Add in the chopped green peppers and mushrooms and fry them altogether. It's ready to serve. Bon Appetit!
