Ingredients:
2 whole brain pieces
2 onions
2 laurel leaves
2 tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
Directions:
Fill a pot with water so that it covers half of the dish only. Add in lemon juice, (or vinegar), onions, laurel leaves, and salt and turmeric. Place over the stove and bring to boil. Put in the brains and let them cook 20 to 30 minutes till soft. Remove the brains and take out the veins. Chop up and sauté in oil. As simple as that! Bon appetite!
You can serve as a sandwich or roast the brains.
