Ingredients,
Butternut squash, 1 kg
Wax beans, 100 g
Lentils, 100 g
Garlic cloves, 50 g
Onions, 100 g
Pomegranates seeds, 100 g
Walnuts, 100 g
Salt, 10 g
Oil, as required
Turmeric powder, 5 g
Procedure
Half-cooked wax beans and lentils. Dice butternut squash and mix with half-cooked beans and lentils to cook together. Once the water evaporates and ingredients are cooked, crush them with a masher.
Finely fry ground garlic, onions, pomegranates seeds, minced walnuts along with salt and turmeric and add to the above ingredients.
Pour in a little water and let it settle over the slow heat.
