His father had pleasant voice. Jalal`s voice inherited from father. His family and neighbors were enjoying from his songs. But Jalal was feeling shy to show his talent to father. So his dad was not knowing about this important matter.
Time came for Jalal to go to school, so his father sent him to a nearby school by name ELMIYEH. Because of good voice, school authorities have him the chance to read holy Quran in front of other students. Jalal liked to sing, while he was coming home. One day, accidently his father was at home and heard his pleasant and strong sound. Father became so glad, called him and said: my dear son, I heard your voice. You have to learn the music rules. So training of 9 years old boy started. He learned the music rows from dad. Then he went to other great masters like: ABDOLRAHIM ESFAHANI, NEIZAN and SAATSAZ.
His first experience of singing was accompanied with Mr. ESMAILZADEH, who was master in fiddle. Jalal was feeling nervous during his implementation, but said master supported him with smile and advice.
TAJ had few masters but instead trained many students. He was training his students with kindness of father. To encourage his students, TAJ was calling them as friends. Many people were indirect students of late TAJ. They learned the alphabet of Iranian classical music through audio cassettes of this great master, such as KHAJE AMIRI.
Dear master never showed pride because of his voice or wealth to friends, coworkers and others. But praised others and never accepted other`s praise. Never complained about working conditions or anything like that. Sometimes he was tolerating towards other`s mistakes.
He always called his wife as a best house keeper. And God gave him 6 children. Four daughters and two sons.
Finally our great artist expired in 1981. Many participated in his mourning. On the third day of his death, in a meeting which was held for late TAJ ESFAHANI, KASAEE played reed and doctor SHAFIEE said:
Our gathering is broken without you
We gathered but lesser than you alone
