Dale is a sacred and revered place with holy shrines to Bibi Karime,Imamzade Ali in Cherzu,Bibi Rashide ,Bibi Karime, Mir Hamze,Ghadamgah-e Imam Reza, and Imamzade Ebrahim, known as Aghaye Shohada.
Three major tribes -- Jalali, Mohammad Bagheri, and Mashayekh -- reside in the village. They are mainly farmers and produce fruits like limes, lemons, pomegranates, grapes, figs, apricots, etc.
Dale's historical monuments include Tangasiyab,Tekiye,GhaleBorj, Dehebozorg, Shah Bahman tower and Gonbadan Gabr in Cherzu; the two last ones date back to the Sassanid Era when Rostam and Sohrab (in Shahnameh) lived.
It is noteworthy that the tropical city of Gachsaran with a population of over 124,000 is located 155 km from Yasooj, the capital of Kohkilooyeh and Boyerahmad province.
