Iron age museum

The historic landmark is located in Maghsudiyeh in the city of Tabriz in the south side of the municipality building of Tabriz.
There is no historical evidence on the exact time of its construction but research shows that the house was built by Haji Habib Lak about 1870 years ago.
It joined the list of the national heritage in 1378, numbered 2524.
The two-story Heidarzdeh house covers an area of 900 square meters and contains 2 inside and outside courtyards which are separated by the house itself. In the basement, there is a Howzkhaneh, which is a large room with a small pond and a fountain in the middle, adorned with bricks and colorful arches.
Other parts are connected with a hall. The building is decorated with carved wooden windows, colorful glass, brick works and paintings. The main room, or Shah Neshin, is the most charming in the structure. The house was restored in 1380 and now it is used as the center for tourism organization in the province of East Azerbaijan in Tabriz.
