From medieval till modern times, Jews are grappling with this allegation and in this regard have suffered a lot of problems. When in a non-Jewish community, a child or someone else was missing, people attacked to the Jews neighborhood and looted and set on fire and killed some of them.
In explaining this charge it should be said that, the Jews under religious education, were used to kill a non-Jewish man, Christian or Muslim surreptitiously in a special time, and used his blood in making Passover unleavened bread and wine and food for special occasions. The occasion was: Passover, Easter Steer, circumcision of children, weddings, and other dying moments of religious rituals.
Bernard Lazare, a French Jewish historian, in his book Anti-Semitism says: “Incidents of being vampire is not a myth. Killing non-Jews Children have rooted in the Jewish magicians who tried to do the magic”.
Torah in Isaiah Travel, chapter 57, sentence 3 emphasizes on Jewish practice to do magic and says: “But ye workers of iniquity, come forward! Descendants of witches and women farmers, come close!”
Doctor Jehoshaphat Hrkaby, Jews living in the occupied territories, offered his doctoral dissertation in Hebrew as "the position of Israeli Arabs in Arabic dispute". He wrote on page 428 of his dissertation that:
“In fact, Jews deny the use of human blood, but the truth is that this is true. Especially in the confessions of the Jews who have returned from their religion, it is remarkable. Such as confessions of Rabbi Abvalafyh who converted to Islam and Rabbi Tavynstvn who converted to Christian. The last named has said that: “Jews believe that the use of the blood of a Christian to perform some religious ceremony is necessary”.
Doctor Yaho Shaphat Hrkaby points out to two books that examine the issue of Jews bloodsucking:
The first book, named “advice to the enemy of humanity in refusing to condemn Judaism” is written by Jacob Castro, which was released in 1872 / CE. The second book written by Henry Depivert that was released during all periods in 1890 / AD entitled “Secrets of the blood in Jewish’s mind”.
In these two books, three reasons for using the Jews of the blood of others were mentioned:
A) Hatred of Christians;
B) The magic;
C) concerns of the Jewish religious figures that Jesus is the Messiah, awaited by the Jews 'Messiah', it compels them to establish their own blood link with the Christians in this way!
The first time the Jews were accused of vampires and this charge was expanded was in the twelfth century of England. In the second half of this century, it was published in France and also swept away a few years in Northern Europe. Many cases of disappearance of children happened in these areas, in which Jews were accused in this case.
Will Durant writes:
When the dead body of a three-year child was found near the home of a Jew in the city of Trent (1475 / CE), Bernardino cried the Jews killed him. Bishop of the city imprisoned all the Jews and when they were tortured some of them confessed that they had killed the boy to drink his blood in the Passover ceremony. As a result, all the Jews in Trent were burned on the mass of fire....
Doctor Rohelenj and Charles Laurent in their book have mentioned to two detailed examples of the Jews vampire saga in the Passover ceremony.
Although the Torah openly sanctioned vampires, but Jewish religious figures said the sanctions of the law, only specify to drinking the Jewish human blood and holidays like Passover, Easter Bohrium and Jubilee are not blessed but with drinking the blood of non-Jews. In the eyes of the Talmud, the man who is sacrificed for the Passover ceremony must possess the following characteristics:

1. He should be Christ.
2. He should not be mature.
3. The parents of the victim should be devout Christian, and should not commit adultery and are not addicted to drinking alcohol.
4. He has not drunken wine and his blood should be smooth and free from external contamination.
5. He should not be a liar, but should be truthful and has a good education.
6. He has leaned religious and attends to church regularly.
7. If the blood is mixed to the feast of unleavened bread belongs to the holy priest, the joy and satisfaction of the Lord will be far more and better to come.

For choosing people who are victims of Bohrium Eid, it is obligatory to comply with the following conditions:

1. The victim should be Christian.
2. He should be an adult male.
3. He should be Moral, refined and faithful.
4. He should have a subtle sense and modesty, and this is a sign of the quality of his blood.
5. He should not commit to the adultery and sexual contact.
6. The victim should be an intimate lover of Jews and his blood should not infect with the hatred against Jewish.
7. Drawing more pleasure of Jehovah (God of the Jews) depends on the sacrifice of holy priests.

The author of Alyhvdy Aljytv, on pages 103 to 105 of his book, by citing to the reference of Arabic, European and Israeli, just for saying some examples and not to enumerate all of them, has been referred to fifty counts of disclosed murders with the goal of drinking the blood that have done by the Jews, during the years of 1071-1911 / M.
