Ghinerjeh Waterfall lies in the city of Takab, southeast of West Azerbaijan Province. It contains natural mineral resources. The economy of the region is dependent on agriculture and mostly traditional farming.
Throne of Solomon was venerable and precious for the Sassanid like Persepolis
was to the Alchaemenid.
The main highlights of this mysterious land are the amazing mountain of Zendan, a hollow mountain with great walls, Azargoshansb Fire Temple, which showcases the power of Zoroastrians for 7 centuries, ancient sites from the Sassanid era, the extremely beautiful and rough lake of Throne of Solomon, with a small area yet a depth of over 70 m, the weird stone wall known as Sang-e-Ezhdeha (or Dragon's stone) which was formed as a result of natural sediment made by water-flow, hot springs, and Badrlu moving grass which resembles a small island.
The seasonal waterfall is located on the western part of Belgheis Mountain, in the village of Ghinerjeh, a district in Taze Kand, 50 km north of Takab and offers the outstanding beauty.
It lies along the river and in hot seasons it's water is consumed for agricultural activities.
Also of note are the slopes of Belgheis Mountain, 3,332 m high, which are among striking natural scenery in the region with diverse vegetation.
The stones of the region are unique and have a special smell. They are more like volcano stones. Also roaring mineral springs are seen in abundance..
The destroyed structures, dating from thousands years ago, could reveal secrets about the history. The hardworking and modest people will give you a warm welcome. In all, the combination of nature and history will be quite amazing for every sightseer.
