Heli Ash or Hel Ash is a local dish in Golestan Province.
To make the cuisine, first cook chickpeas and beans. Then add in water as well as herbs and rice.
When it is a little cooked, add in zucchinis if you like. After that, add in green plum or Heli and a little sugar. When it is well-cooked, garnish with hot fried onions.
