Mix together meat, onion, cooked chickpea, split peas, and rice. Finely knead them. Make balls out of the mixture in your desired size. Make a cavity and stuff it with the above mentioned ingredients. Keep aside. Pour water inside a pot and sprinkle a pinch of salt, pepper, chickpea flour and turmeric powder. Add in a little tomato paste and fried onion. Bring it to a boil. Now arrange Kuftas inside the pot and let it cook over low flame.
