Conclusion
As noted in this article, the Zionist regime knows Iran as the greatest threat to his regime since 1948. Thus, by using different strategies and actions mentioned in the text has tried to challenge the power of Iran in various fields and limit it.
Generally Israel's worries about Iran has not been just dedicated to nuclear program, but they are afraid of our country's influence and popularity among people of the region and Arabs in occupied lands, in a way that they name Iran as a risk alarm for the regime.
According to their statements, there is a vast support toward Iran among Israeli Arab citizens who are one million people and are 15 percent of the regime, and security agency of Israel has strongly declared its concerns about the popularity.
However, the evidence suggests that despite initial gains, eventually the Israeli government's strategy has failed. In acknowledging the statement we can refer to comprehensive report of United States intelligence community, sending full nuclear fuel of Bushehr from Russia and other countries' economic cooperation increase with Iran. In the economic field office also report of (GAO) Accountability Office Government has acknowledged the failure of sanctions against Iran since 1987 has said that: "Iran's trade relations with the world and its forthcoming role in energy production have made isolation of Iran difficult for the United States ". The report also says that: "Iran's World Trade since execution of sanctions of the United States has faced growing."
Presses of Har Artes, published in occupied territories, also write that Israel is confessing its failure in mobilization of world's countries for applying economic punishments against Iran, in a way that now only Russia and China are not the only ones who insist on disagreeing with punishing Iran, but also countries such as Germany, Italy and Japan, America's allies, have opposed it.
In this regard, some Zionist officials, including Ephraim Halevy, former Mossad chief, pleaded guilty to failure of propose measures taken against Iran and suggests negotiation of Iran with the United States. In his new book called "Man in the Shadows" by admitting to the failure of the West and Israel to prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear capability, has mentioned that America and Israel instead of increasing pressures on Iran should be looking for ways to have a constructive dialogue with Tehran.
Eytan Bentsur, former manager of foreign affairs of Zionist regime, also be admitting diplomatic failure of Zionist regime says that in general, Israeli state's policy based on showing Iran as a danger as an international threat for all human society has failed, as it has been unable to convince public opinion of the world to accept such a word.
Also, according to some reports, North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) is also trying to keep itself far from Iranian nuclear dispute, since for its question of the Zionist regime has asked it to look after this case by its own and do not count on cooperation of the treaty.
On the other hand, some thinking centers in Israel speak of differences between America and the Zionist regime in relation to various issues, including the concept of "point of no return in its nuclear program of Iran" that this issue has closed the way for any predictions about the Iran's program.
"JCSS" is one of the centers that before the publish of America's intelligence report has declared that due to conflict of America in Iraq, it is possible for this country to achieve a root agreement about nuclear programs with Iran in which it will force Israel to accept it as well.
However, Israel regime by defense actions including sending satellites to Earth by the help of India over nuclear devices of Iran and repeated experiments of interceptor missiles is looking for showing Iran that it can observe fight scene without independent of the USA and other countries and act.
In general, it seems that now all countries in the region and beyond it have realized the position of our country's strength, and they know that they must accept Iran as a regional power. However, Israel and Western countries are trying to adopt a new policy to contain Iran so that maybe they can resolve be Iran's nuclear issue in this way.
Key elements of the policy are:
Isolating Iran until it will continue enrichment;
Preserving the unity of the United Nations Security Council and involved countries in nuclear negotiations with Iran;
Continuation of national and international embargo (however limited) to put pressure on the Iranian economy;
Restrictions on Iran's access to nuclear technology and missiles;
Breaking the diplomatic deadlock, including direct talks with Iran;
Investment in new infrastructure diplomatic security-related and non-proliferation of nuclear weapons in the Middle East to contain and engage Iran and offering new guarantees to America's allies in the region based on that the United States remains committed to securing them;
Engaging Iran economically, especially in oil refining;
Creation of a regional consortium of nuclear fuel bank under the supervision of International Atomic Energy Agency;
Providing diplomatic framework for a long-term strategy to contain Iran, if negotiations fail.
In fact, this strategy focuses on stress caused by the sanctions, diplomatic isolation and stopping investment along with practical compromise and security guarantees to encourage Iran to move in the direction of the non-nuclear and sure pass.
