Continuation of national and international embargo (however limited) to put pressure on the Iranian economy;
Restrictions on Iran's access to nuclear technology and missiles;
Breaking the diplomatic deadlock, including direct talks with Iran;
Investment in new infrastructure diplomatic security-related and non-proliferation of nuclear weapons in the Middle East to contain and engage Iran and offering new guarantees to America's allies in the region based on that the United States remains committed to securing them;
Engaging Iran economically, especially in oil refining;
Creation of a regional consortium of nuclear fuel bank under the supervision of International Atomic Energy Agency;
Providing diplomatic framework for a long-term strategy to contain Iran, if negotiations fail.
In fact, this strategy focuses on stress caused by the sanctions, diplomatic isolation and stopping investment along with practical compromise and security guarantees to encourage Iran to move in the direction of the non-nuclear and sure pass.
