Israel regime security ontology
In a pre-emptive war against the resistance side
Israel's war against the resistance side started from 1982. The military offense into Lebanon was in a situation that social groups lacked the tools to deal with the aggression of the Zionist regime. From this point on, the conditions for expansion of the resistance against the Zionist regime threats arose. The formation of resistance forces has not prevented carrying out offensive actions and pre-emptive war of the Israel region against countries in the region. Always the question arises that what has been the main cause of Israel's wars against the social forces of resistance side's countries.
In this relation different approaches have been proposed. In this paper we try to examine the issue related to security ontology of Israel's existence as a base for pre-emptive war against Palestinian social forces or the resistance side.
Israeli security ontology has different indicators and symptoms. About national security indicators in Israel regime various approaches have been presented. Present approaches have been studied in the section related to literature. The formation of this regime happened in 1948, which was a turning point for consolidation, continuity and promoting sectarian security. Although
In this time Zionist groups could prepare necessary backgrounds for formation of a new government by support of super powers, this issue could not provide consistent security for the regime.
The feeling of security concerns indicates that Ontology of sectarian security and ghetto security will be continued. Naturally, such ontology forms will continue when there would be signs of threat feeling. Ontology of sectarian security can only create needed backgrounds for new functions of guideline reaction. In other words, any changes in security structure of Zionist regime is possible in a situation in which new ontology signs be created and be replaced by former signs. Naturally such a process will not be possible in short time. Genetic rules of Ghetto security ontology in Zionist regime depicts that any security conception or reaction of elites of Zionist regime have always created new security reaction forms which are used to encounter new threats.
It is according to the genetic rules' symptoms that the effects of intense security action and Installation from vendors and law enforcement agencies of the Zionist regime come into force. Promotion of interaction pattern can be seen in security policy of the Zionist regime; concepts such as the new Middle East represented by Shimon Peres that can be known as a part of genetic code in ghetto security ontology of the Zionist regime. Further evidence of the existence of the Zionist regime's Ghetto security ontology can be observed in the 33-day war against Hezbollah in 2006, the 22-day war against Hamas in December 2008, and an eight-day war against Hamas in November 2012; all the mentioned wars show that using power against other players is considered as a part of security necessity of Zionist regime. Any player, who is in security situation, will face with security actions and offensive tools of Zionist regime. Therefore, Israeli ghetto security ontology is a combination of material, territorial and functional configuration along with a combination of norm indicators.
Symptoms of security ontology of Zionist regime in the regional sphere
Israel's security and political history shows that this country has always sought to secure the territorial and geographical environment of itself. In other words, ghetto security builds Israel's strategic thinking infrastructure in the Zionist thought. In such a process, Ghetto and sectarian attitude of Zionist regime has turned into needed background for formation of presidia state and development of a land in peripheral environment.
In Copenhagen attitude to security, the elites of Zionist regime make security of the regime as an alternative to social, regional, and international security. Based on this perception of security, there always be signs of the perceived threat in conception of elites of Zionist regime. They consider any matter within the framework of the security mechanisms. Ghetto Security Ontology has radical nature. This issue is restructuring reflects of the relationships of the individual, society, environment, region and international politics. In this way, social reality can control structural limitations. This includes awareness of regional and international environment. In other words, any type of awareness reflects philosophical, theoretical, moral, and action-based ideas. Moral consciousness is a part of the security ethics. Such an approach can be including in non-ending fact of security struggle in regional environment. Such signs can be seen in Zionist regime's security policy. The purpose of the use of such signs should be considered in connection with resolving injustices. They feel that they have been done to them. In this way, ghetto security ontologies in Israel regime has ideological, value, and norm nature. There are no "Marginalized voices" in the ghetto security methodology. Social life makes sense based on security ethics. Therefore, interpretive strategies of security cannot have impartial form in explaining the issues and events. In these circumstances, particular interests of power relations are formed which will be focused on hegemony.
Israel regime has been as security society
Based on the security strategy in the ghetto ontology, the first problem of the Zionist regime is the question of "whether to stay or be doomed".
That is why creation of security is center of gravity of Zionist regime thoughts. Making security and stability has been the first position of Zionist struggles from the begging so far.
The definitive solution of this problem is possible only by increasing the necessary force to deal with the forces that threaten Zionist regime's security from outside.
Israel is considered to be a political system in which will continue the process of "making secure" the government, region and international politics. This part is considered as a section of cognitive, structural and functional nature of political system of the Zionist regime. Whenever the matter and the militarization of society and the government is on the agenda, it implies that perhaps we have extracted a security analysis from every simple threat, thus threats - whether simple and banal – up to national security threats are exponential.
Such an approach means that Israel always strives to assess the regional environment based on the threat depicters. Explaining the endless threats is considered as Israel's political and security infrastructure of ontological ideas and concepts in dealing with the peripheral issues. Based on such a conception, not only resistance forces such as Hamas and Hezbollah are seen as symbol of threat in security understanding of Zionist regime, but social groups of Palestine also have such characteristics in security thought of Zionist regime and secured society of that country.
Ghetto security ontology in Israel's regime has psychological roots. "Abdul Wahab al-Massiri " in "Encyclopedia of Jews, Judaism and Zionism" by pointing out to the philosophy of the formation of the Zionist regime, asserts that this political unit is not formed primarily on the specific requirements of a natural historical process, but it is created artificially and with a major emphasis on insecurity for Jews in worldwide - and even trying to produce insecurity in order to motivate them to colonize the occupied territories. That is why weakening or decline of "insecurity concerns" that has taken root within the community of the Zionist regime can be effective in the breakdown of society.
This paradoxical situation implicates that Zionist regime always need a measure of insecurity for the Jews in worldwide society so that it can have relative advantage of silence in occupied Palestine. In addition, in internal level, due to its secured attitude that it has toward Palestinians, it cannot support peaceful solutions which terminate to formation of a combined society –made of Jewish and Palestinian people.
Psychology of offensive actions of Israeli regime against resistance forces and Palestinian social groups
Psychology of Israeli regime is placed on highlighting threating symptoms. Israeli mentality towards the environment is always pessimistic. Although some changes have occurred in the mentality of the Arabic countries' leaders about the Zionist regime, this approach is not as a change in the political and security mindset of the Israeli ghettos against them. Security psychology of elites of Israeli regime is formed based on insecurity mentality. The regime's elites are always processed it, that the country is surrounded by threatening processes geopolitically by forces that have insecurity attitude toward Zionist regime and always threaten the presence of this political unit. Although such threats are intensified by Middle East changes in varied eras, it is considered as threatening feeling of a part of security phycology of the country.
In status after Islamic awakening in the Middle East, the United States and the Zionist regime used tactics of the revolution confiscation. Destabilization of Syria and intensifying economic sanctions against Iran has increased its security coefficient than the past. At the same time, the country's elites have never felt safe. They believe that although existing processes have reduced the immediate of threat to the Zionist regime, such a process cannot deny the fact that Israel is surrounded by Muslim countries. Perhaps we can consider the war against Hamas and Islamic Jihad in November 2012 as a sign of use of power to expand ability of the Zionist regime.
Generally, dominated mentality over security and political thoughts of Zionist regime is based on the fact that Muslim population and Islamic countries are as threats for them.
In other words, ghettos of Israel process the issue that developments are done very fast in the Middle East. So in the event of disruption of power, it would be very dangerous for the regime. This matter is considered in extremist way by thinkers of military field of the Zionist regime, and they try to make it as support for suppressor policies of Zionist regime.
Chauvinist thinking in Zionist security strategy
Chauvinist thinking reflects the spirit of excellence seeking and the expansion in security mind of the Zionist regime. Herzl and the Zionist thinkers showed their confusion by addressing chauvinist views that were common in the 19th century in Europe, and their philosophical foundations were also expressed in anti-Semitism. In the philosophy "Chosen People of God" are superior and distinct from other nations on earth, and this distinction is the cause of the permanent oppression of other nations towards the Jews.
Chauvinist thinking infrastructures are related to a situation that effects of supremacy began among the Jews. Such a mentality hindered their social coexistence with other religions. Supremacy in religious and political thinking of the Jews lead to the formation of marginal situation for them. On the other hand, some signs of ghetto thinking in the field of economics, politics, power and security have always been linked with the group. Lyon Bensker says in this regard: "Throughout the history and for centuries Jews and anti-Semitism were moving side by side each other. Jews are God's chosen people due to the eternal hatred towards humanity."
