Directions
Peel the boiled potatoes and chop them into tiny pieces. Mix with fried onions and tomato puree or paste. Add the seasonings like salt and desired spices and sauté the mixture in a frying pan with hot oil. Serve the dish with bread. You can also apply ground meat, button mushrooms or truffle mushrooms.
Cooking point, you can garnish the plate with some coriander if desired. Also, you can fry raw potatoes and then go through other stages.
