In a pot, pour the olive oil. Add in garlic and saute on low heat till a bit golden. Add in rosemary and pepper and keep stirring 1 minute. Then add in the green peas and frequently stir well.
After 2 minutes, add in chicken stock and salt and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat to low and allow a half hour to settle. Turn off the heat and allow to cool. Put inside a mixer and make into puree.
Transfer into the pot and heat . Finally adjust the seasoning and drizzle drops of lemon juice. Serve in a large bowl.
