Some question about Israel rule

Martyrdom operations have raised varied debates even in Palestinian circles. Why do not Hamas and battalions of Martyr Izz ad-Din al-Qassam stop their operations and do not to give us opportunity to implement the road map in order to see the results?
On the one hand, given the current situation and the Palestinian people's defend against frequent attacks by the Zionist enemy, it is not logical to ask the people and resistance groups to give a chance to implement the plan. On the other hand, the road map ignores Palestinian rights and break down their spirit as a nation under the rule of invaders with recognition of occupation rather than resistance. According to the plan, the Palestinian people must preserve security of occupier and even do not react in case of attack by the Zionist. The project seeks to deny the Palestinian people's power to resist; off course not by repressive measures of occupiers, but by the Authority, it wants to pursue this objective, and in this regard, the establishment is constantly under examination and investigation by the invaders. The road map seeks to pave the way for Palestinian-Palestinian conflict by setting security conditions and the crisis of community of Israel is moved into the Palestinian society. For this reason, I think that what should be considered is not the issue of giving an opportunity to the road map, but rather legitimate resistance should be allowed to fulfill their goals.
In some reports it has been said that the financial support of Palestinians for Hamas in the Palestinian territories is prevented, what impact can it have on the Hamas movement?
A person who chooses the path of jihad and fight, knows it will that he will face many challenges and problems, that is why any enemy's action does not surprise him, but he will deal with based on the principle of challenging others and continues Jihad until achieving his goals. We are well aware of our nation's enemies' struggles to encircle the mujahidin forces, and we will do our utmost to thwart these types of efforts and clearly touch the Divine Grace in failing these efforts. I point it out here that the Islamic nation fails many of the plans of the enemies according to the statement of the Holy Prophet about blessing of presence of good people among them.
What is your idea about the new map of the Middle East that the United States is trying to draw it after the invasion of Iraq?
United States without much effort will try to redraw the map of the region. US Secretary of State Colin Powell and Condoleezza Rice have emphasized the issue repeatedly in their speeches to achieve America's interests in best possible amount. Drawing the new map of the Middle East does not mean redrawing the countries' borders, but it means changing the cultural, intellectual map and social relations of the region's communities. We believe that the United States moves in this direction and tries to achieve it, but this does not mean that the country will succeed in this issue.
Operation of a few months ago of "Tel Aviv" was resident outside of Palestine, how did it happen?
I do not have any information of the operation, but it is so clear that continuing of attacks by the Zionist occupiers and the continue of eradication of the Palestinian people and the attempt to erase the sanctity of Islam and the land of Palestine will provoke the Muslims to jihad against the Zionist occupiers and meanwhile, they do not pay attention to planners and designers of these operations, but their only goal is Jihad in Palestine.
Is choosing a person outside Palestine to perform this operation because of not constraining the PA or that you did not have necessary power in use of martyrdom-seekers within the Palestinian territories?
I do not think the new generation of Muslims, who adhere to religious values, have less value than the Palestinian combatants in participating in jihad and fight against the Zionist regime.
Mossad has threatened to terrorize Hamas leaders and other Palestinian factions residents out of Palestine; do you anticipate that the Mossad will do its threat?
Mossad tried to fulfill this threat in the past. The spy agency tried to assassinate brother Khaled, chief political movement of Hamas in 1997, but the operation failed by the help of God, without any previous thought for the solution. In the past, several terrorist attempts of Mossad were failed. For this reason, we anticipate that we will be targeted of the terrorist operations in any moment; we will also do our utmost to get the opportunity from the enemy. We know very well that the path we have chosen is the path of jihad and struggle, and we have no fear in this way. Martyrdom is the last thing and any mujahid (fighter) wishes it. Zionist enemy should be warned that these crimes will not remain unanswered. Individual members of Hamas especially its leaders have chosen martyrdom. Hamas will bring victory for Islamic Ummah over the Zionist regime by Lord's help.
God forbid, will you extend your operations circle in a way that includes Israeli targets outside the Palestinian cause if Israel's threats are realized?
This issue is concerned with the leadership of movement that takes appropriate decisions to deal with these crimes, and each event will be followed by an appropriate response. Here I stress that Hamas's leadership firmly trusts in battalions of Martyr Izz ad-Din al-Qassam that they have suitable power to respond the crimes of the enemy in appropriate time and place.
When Israeli occupation forces killed Salah Shehada, the commander of Hamas' military wing, Hamas vowed to implement dozens of operations in response to the assassination of this person. Also, after the assassination of Dr. Ibrahim Moqademeh, Hamas announced that he will response the assassination by targeting Israel's political leaders. But the promises were not practical. Do not you think that this issue threatens the popularity of Hamas among Palestinians and Arab nations?
Popularity of Battalions of Martyr Izz ad-Din al-Qassam, military wing of the resistance movement of Hamas is at a high level. Qassami Mujahids showed that they are the best soldiers in the battlefield who can be trusted. It is wrong to say that none of the promises were realized. Delay in operations or change of approach or shape of methods is a mere military issue that commanders of military wing will determine it according to their own discretion and circumstances. Series of continuous operations despite all terrorist attacks and activities of the Zionist enemy indicate persistence and determination to continue resistance and struggle.
Dozens of fighters were assassinated at the hands of occupying forces, and hundreds of members of Hamas are staying in occupiers' prisons; does it not indicate penetration of the Zionist enemy intelligence forces in Hamas movement, and does this issue make you reconsider your activities?
Jihad and fighting in Palestine is done with the most advanced forces of aggression in the Middle East region. Everyone should know that our enemies are thinking about striking our mind day and night. The nature of jihad and resistance is that fighters suffer some casualties, too. Specific organizations in the Islamic Resistance Movement of Hamas look for finding pores and causes of such operations, and then, they will act to solve problems, if there is any solution, including the existence of mercenaries and influence of the others.
Palestinian society is faced with a phenomenon called mercenaries. Palestinian organizations have not adopted any policy action to deal with this problem; the more dangerous issue is the question of why no serious action has been done for it?
The phenomenon of mercenaries is a dangerous phenomenon. Its danger is because of the fact that they penetrate places as a part of the Palestinian people that Zionist enemy will never be able to do so. Palestinian groups applied a clear policy dealing with mercenaries and hunting down and destroying its networks in their networks and punishing these traitors since the first intifada in 1987. This policy played an important role in stopping this phenomenon, and a large number of them went to hell. But the Palestinian Authority and its readiness to deal with the phenomenon of mercenaries and calling on all Palestinian groups to stop the prosecution and punishment of mercenaries under the slogan of "no multiplicity of power centers" made the groups to reduce their effort in this subject.
Today, our nation has understood that the Palestinian Authority is unable to deal with this issue, and perhaps even security agencies do not intend to do this responsibility. Even these organizations have absorbed a large number of these mercenaries. This issue has caused the Palestinian nation to pay a heavy price in the current intifada. Different Palestinian groups are calling for a review of this case. A correct attitude is needed for this context and no exaggeration is allowed. Of course, I do not want to lessen dangerousness of this phenomenon. If we precisely consider surrounding conditions of the Palestinian nation and time of existence of the occupiers in Palestine and the presence of a political group, which is calling for negotiations with the enemy, especially in the security field, we will realize that the activities of mercenaries continue as a natural phenomenon. Of course in this field, we should treat with great determination and intensity rather than ignoring it simply.
What kind of relationship do you have with Jordan, Qatar, Kuwait, Iran, Lebanon and Hezbollah?
We cannot say that we have relations with Jordan because now Jordan has announced war against Hamas, and it has gone beyond boycott of activities of this movement in Jordan, and now it prosecutes its Jordan fans, but we have diplomatic relations with other countries, including Qatar, Kuwait, Lebanon and Iran; the nature of these relationships and our presence in these countries is different. Our aim is to capture the support of the countries for resistance and stability of Palestinian people. But relationship with the Lebanese Hezbollah movement is done in the context of relations with the Arab parties in general, and among Lebanese parties in particular. Especially that we have joint enemy in Palestine and Lebanon, and the enemy has targeted all of us.
How does Hamas movement evaluate Iraq's developments, and what is analysis of the movement about fast fall of Baghdad and occupation of all cities of the country?
Here, I do not want to analyze reasons of fall of Iraq's cities and quick occupation of Baghdad, but in brief, the conclusion of this war is that military colonialism in Iraq is a new situation that region's countries should deal with it in early twenty first century.
We have no doubt that we suffer from Israel's occupation; we oppose with occupation of anywhere in the world in general and any Arab country in particular.
Do you not think that the occupation of Iraq is a part of plan of a "Greater Israel"?
The main purpose of re-drawing of map of region is consolidation of the rule and military and economic superiority of the Zionist regime among countries of the region. This goal is followed based on the principle of strategic partnership of the United States and the Zionist regime. Political plans in the region including Sykes-Picot agreement and Balfour declaration and lately, peace plans all depict America's obligation and strategy in preservation and providing security and excellence of Zionist regime in Middle East region.
Here, it must be said that the Zionists alignment with US policies is not only based on a political project, but it is based on belief principles. The reason for this is that according to religious attitude of the US government, Christ emerges only by the establishment of Greater Israel and rebuilding Temple of Solomon.
