Ingredients

2 quails
1 onion
1 clove garlic
50 g butter
Rosemary, few
Saffron, 1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Carrots, green bell pepper
Parsley leaves, a few
Orange sauce , a small bowl

Directions

Mix the quails in a mixing bowl with salt, black pepper, pressed garlic , chopped green pepper, lemon juice, chopped rosemary and brewed saffron and allow to marinate. Keep it in the fridge 2 to 3 hours straight.
After the period, arrange slices of onions, carrots, and green bell pepper in the oven tray. Put the quails over and pour melted butter on top. Lay the tray in the middle shelf for 35 minutes till well-done. Don't forget to turn over the quails in the meantime till both sides are done. Once ready transfer to a dish and serve with orange sauce. Bon Appetit!
