Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil1 onion

800 g Tomatoes

500 g shrimps, cleaned

100 g Feta cheese, in small cubes
Directions
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Chop up the onion and garlic.Pour oil in a Pyrex dish and put over the stove. Heat and add the onion slices and sauté 3 to 5 minutes till light. Add in garlic and sauté about 30 seconds till the smell comes out.
Chop up the tomatoes and remove the seeds. Add them into the pan and allow till half-boiled. Lower the heat and wait 5 to 10 minutes to simmer till the water is a little gone.
Remove the dish from the fire and add in the vegetables, shrimps ( cleaned and veined), Feta cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well. Put the dish in the oven without the lid. Give it 10 to 12 minutes till shrimps are done. Once ready, serve with bread, pasta or rice. Bon Appetit!
