Dreyfus case

Abba Eban referred France perpetual jealousy to Jews. The reason of the jealousy is unknown and the reason why the French are famous about it, but it was no good reason for the emergence of a theorem named Dreyfus.
The story began where a French Jewish captain named Alfred Dreyfus, who served in artillery of army, was accused of spying for Germany in 1894 and he was sentenced to life imprisonment. A number of the Jews in defending Dreyfus rejected the charge of espionage and some people insisted on treason of Dreyfus and other Jews. The case caused political confusion and uproar in legal, intellectuals, military and the French government circles that ultimately resulted in exoneration of Dreyfus in 1906, 12 years after starting it.
The case had many effects on political society of France and led to vital changes in military and political body of the country that explaining the details of them is not our goal in this article.
What is important for us in the project is analysis of consequences of the case as an anti-Semitism phenomenon for Jewish national movement or Zionism.
In the opinion of many Jewish thinkers, Dreyfus case was established only because Dreyfus was a Jew. Otherwise, there was no reason that a trial faced with these consequences for a crime of espionage. However, in the case of Dreyfus, contexts and consequences are different, or at least the results are very considerable.
Zionism, with all aspects of the provision, only three years after the initial trial of Dreyfus, had objective presence in the Wing conference, and meanwhile, an individual named Theodore Herzl, , an anonymous journalist in Austria, became the leader of a major World case in Switzerland.
If we notice the aspects, importance and features of Wing conference, we will realize that the Dreyfus case was not only the beginning point of a purposeful plan, but it was an alarm for all the world to announce an old activity and case which has to be open in 1897. If 7 years after that Herzl dies in 1904, or in 1906, Dreyfus is acquitted, no change will occur in this long-established process. These are elements of a plan in progress by original designers of it. The 12 year-old event of Dreyfus which had a meaningful concurrency with the establishment of the first Zionist Congress in Basel in Switzerland was a sparkle that the Jewish National movement was born from it and if so ago, necessities of the establishment of Jewish state were raise by the Elders of Zion, with event of Dreyfus, Herzl had the main motivation to go the inner request public based on created atmosphere.
In one of his declarations, he states the Dreyfus case as the main factor of him joining the Zionist movement. In fact on the Dreyfus case he was a reporter for a newspaper in Paris. Some argue that the Dreyfus case had a huge impact on anti-Semitic feelings, and it was effective in the anti-Jewish integration process, and Theodore Herzl, who was in charge of coverage the Dreyfus trial, for the first time started to think about finding a home for Jews because Herzl believed that firstly, Jews around the world, in every country that they are living, constitute a single nation.
Secondly, they have been under persecution and torture at any time and place; and thirdly, they are not likenesses or cannot be compelled to be the same as nations among which they live. This is certainly reason of all anti-Semitism and racism emotions. Theodore Herzl in 1896, two years after the Dreyfus trial, wrote the book "Jewish state". Herzl wrote in introduction of the book that his ideas in this book, the establishment of the Jewish state, are not new and fresh. Emotions and inflammation caused by anti-Semitic ideas has made a need and urgency of holding such an important put on the agenda as soon as possible. He added: reality emanating from the power tool proves the issue that the Jews will never be able to melt in the other nations and they cannot be identical and rectifiers with them.

Dreyfus case in France started certain political developments against Republicans, and people like "Edward Drummond", who was of active Conservative members, to attract more fans, joined antiemetic move. In his book entitled "Jewish France" he had tried to introduce Jews as reason of destroying economic status and corruption in France by real beliefs of Jews, although the number of Jews in France was not more than one percent of the total population. Dormant believed that half of the France's wealth belongs to the limited population. His suggestion was that the wealth should be taken from Jews of France as he believed they had gathered their wealth through illegal approaches. He also stated that Jews and Freemasons have launched a conspiracy to destroy Christianity and control the people.

Regardless to being correct or not, we shall confess that the book made French people to have anti-Semitic behavior towards Jews that its remarkable sample is observable in Vichy state. In a time that the Nazi party in Germany came to power and the sentenced was everywhere: "what Dermont offered people, Hitler did." To the extent that they claim: rule of Vichy before the decree against the Jews by the Germans began to target the Jews. Only two months after the truce, Vichy abolished Penal Code to attacks against ethnic and religious groups, and in October 1940, the first special anti-Jewish law faced approval.
In this law Jews were prohibited of any government job, teaching situations, military personnel, and also a large numbers of Jews in other occupations were restricted as well. The laws based on the theory of the Nazis, knows Jews as a part of the great house of Jews. This means that a Jewish person with parents who have converted to Catholic religion or he has believed in Catholic himself, is still recognized as a valid Jew. On the other hand, the law recognizes the Jews as a member of other race and not as other religion. Following the enactment of such a law in March 1941, "the Vichy government founded a particular governmental organization on Jewish affairs [...] and in January it ordered that all Jewish property [as careers] must belong to the Aryan or must be transferred to non-Jews".
There are strong valid documents and evidence to prove whatever was attributed to Vichy stats that of course, the winner side will consider his interest and benefits in applying them. The remarkable point in here is that the appropriate background in France to raise such issues was taken as advantage in Jewish advertising, and by distortion, they represent a picture of events of Vichy state led by Marshal Petén which is not desirable to anybody.
After fifty years passing the world war II, Jews and Zionists have a position in France which is created by destroying the right of others and it has made a hatred which was considered as behavioral and conscious reasons of anti-Semitism before all of this.
Maybe the zoomed sentence in the magazine Le Point can explicit the meaning of the text better that by these transparent manner, can we still simply ignore anti-Semitism and stop anti-Semitic feelings? "We are all Mossad agents"; "the statement is chosen in Iran stupidly by the Coordinating Committee for the freedom of the Jews accused of espionage. In fact, the title is a bad imitation of slogan "we are all German Jews" presented by student outbreaks' leader in May 1968.
The truth is that "anti-Semitism in France has faced many developments during the last ten years. Hatred towards the Jews can be felt among the younger generation. Elementary and junior high schools and universities are engulfed alike and especially in the countryside it is increasing. The anti-Semitisms today say the word Jew in backwards and they calee themselves as anti-Fiouzh.
For this reason, including "I do not like Jews is a saying that all French Jews under twenty-five years old have heard it so far"; And this is true sample of the French Jewish practice which will be misused as a pretext for Zionist.
