Franco Mar's history of Inquisition book is as one of a dozen books that knows laws in 1412 as beginning of inquisition and he writes: the laws were explicitly considered anti-Semitic, and in 1480 were produced and approved. It was the same year that King Ferdinand with resorting a trick that can be called wise and continuous trick started abandoning the Jews and not letting them have land in Spain until in April 1481 all Jews of kingdom were assigned not to exit their neighborhood which was called neighborhood for Jews, and do not have residence out of these areas. At the end of the next year, in 1482, in the state of Andalusia, evacuation order was given to Jews. In 1483, they were expelled and banished in area outside Seville ... Due to tolerating these persecution and mass migration and imprisonment and exile, the number of Jews had begun to decline strongly ... and finally on 31 March 1492 the decree of banishment of the remaining segments of the Spain's Jewish community was issued and was published. The deadline which was awarded in this area was date 31 July. Jews in such a state had to choose between death or baptism and they mostly chose baptism so that the highest figure in the history of the Jewish religion change belongs to the same period and of course, the reason was Jews being scattered in Spain aristocratic cities and also having no difference in appearance, dress, language and social mores with Spaniards. Although the Spanish had a great experience from Jews' games who had converted to other religion according to the recent situation in 1449 in the city of Toledo which led to the drafting of legislation and banning position by the new converts, anyway they accepted the Jews' choice as accepting baptism. Thus, the primary outcome of the implementation of inquisition in Spain of the era of Ferdinand and Isabel was firstly the Jewish immigration and, secondly, conversion or baptism of many Jews to run away from the other choice which was death, but about Immigration according to the Britannica encyclopedia the great migration led to the largest Jewish life change.
The Jewish population centers' displacement from the second half of the fifteenth century to the end of the eighteenth century founded infrastructure of their important role in creating new capitalism system. The fame of religious oppression of Christian rulers was spreading everywhere and it led to a wide sympathy in favor of the people under their domination. This was the most suitable environment for the Jewish population displacement; a migration which was not possible under normal circumstances. The Jews were mixed with the wave and introduced themselves as victims of the oppression of Christians in the Muslims' eyes.
Thus, they were possessed of their altruism, and they were based in a new home. Migration of Marranos who had Christian Spanish and Portuguese on names was to the extent that in the sixteenth century in many lands in Europe, Asia, Africa, the Portuguese words were considered Jewish word. Although treasury of Spain constantly took advantage of money and credit of Jews, this issue was not considered as an obstacle in adoption and implementation of the law of deportation in 1492. This point of view ignores the real relations of Jews with rulers of inquisition or it has not understood the main objective of inquisition and finally deflects the minds of its audience finding out the mentioned points.
2-founders and operators of inquisition and their relationship with the Jews is the second reason that undermines the Inquisition.
Pop Sikstos the fourth is the one who issued a decree of establishing inquisition and he was also anti-Jewish. In the contrary, according to the Jewish Encyclopedia, he was the Pope of the Renaissance period, reflecting the spirit of the Renaissance being victorious in Rome. In this time, unlike common belief, the relationship between the pope and the church was very friendly with the Jews, to the extent that Pope had close personal relationship with the Jews. He employed the Jews in the Vatican library, as well as his personal physician and even when he was so ill, Jewish doctors changed his blood.
In historical sources also it has been said that the designer and theorist of and intellectual founder of inquisition was a Jewish priest named Alfonso Espina, who focused his activities in the Muslim city of Madrid, and founded several measures against them. It seemed like that the only target of inquisition was harassment and expulsion of Muslims.
If we also understand that "Thomas Torkueh Meda, General Attorney of inquisition throughout Spain (1483-1494) and Diego Deza, the next prosecutor, both were Jewish." we will realize goals of inquisition easier.
3-victims of inquisition: Perhaps we will be more aware of the main motives in making this process by analysis of the issue that who were hit in the inquisition movement most and were expelled from Spain or were killed.

This group was thinkers, who emerged among prominent Arabic scholars since the fourth century and within Qarayeeyun and became a strong force among Jews who seriously seek to challenge the powerful rabbinic Judaism. 4 Qarayeeyun and their risk for the Jewish community with all the special features of that period attracted Rabbis' mind and made them realize that it is necessary to deal with them decisively.
