Along with the Princeton Triangle Project, Tel Aviv and Berlin for revival of the word of Mu'tazilites, the IDF and Mossad in planning the ideological religious extremist groups such as Daesh also have played a major role. To clarify this issue we will look at the research project of Ibn Qayyim José to make complex aspects of the project in the revival of Islamic ideology clearer. Thinkers know Ibn Qayyim Al - Jawziyya (1292-1350) as one of the founders of the religious extremist ideas that his worldview and attitude goes back to Ibn Taymiyya (1263-1328) and thought process of them ends in emergence of Wahhabism in the eighteenth century and Daesh in the current era. Thoughts of "Muhammad ibn Abdul Wahhab," the founder of Wahhabism, has many opponents in today's Islamic world and even supporters of the Wahhabi have hatred of saying the name. Theological and jurisprudence thoughts of Muhammad ibn Abd al-Wahhab come from Ibn Taymiyya and Ibn Taymiyya played the role of the founder of Wahhabism thinking and because the political movement of Saud is linked to Wahhabism, the name of Ibn Taymiyya in the public minds of the world is not as much well known as the reputation of Muhammad ibn Abdul Wahhab. Ibn Taymiyya's views with regard to scientific studies and interpretations are not comparable with Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab's views. So, thoughts of Daesh in the current era are mostly focused on thoughts of Ibn Taymiyya and "Ibn Qayyim Al - Jawziyya" than Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab. For example, Daesh cited Ibn Taymiyya's sentence in burning Moaz Ksasbeh, Jordan pilot, alive. Ibn Qayyim Al - Jawziyya's thoughts also have inextricable link with Ibn Taymiyya's thinking. Therefore, understanding the different aspects of Ibn Taymiyya is not possible without gaining knowledge about Ibn Qayyim Al - Jawziyya and vice versa.
Doctor "Livant Holtzman » from the Arabic section of Bar-Ilan University in Jerusalem and his colleague professor Beargate Krawietz from Germany University began their work as a management team on the ideas of Ibn Qayyim Al - Jawziyya with the support of Israel - German Foundation for a three-year project. Holtzman in Islamic theology and Krawietz in Islamic jurisprudence with two different expertises in theological and legal views examined one of the most influential figures in Islam. Hanbali views of Ibn Qayyim Al - Jawziyya religion are not confined only to Hanbali religious followers and many Islamic movements in the contemporary world have been influenced by his thinking. One of the observers of the German foundation of Israel, who did not want his name to be mentioned, says about Study project of Ibn Qayyim Al - Jawziyya "to understanding the views of Ibn Qayyim Al - Jawziyya we shall train the young researchers in a way that they can make it possible for Western men to understand Islam in the fields related to contemporary and modern life, despite the fact that the mentioned character belongs to the medieval period." Professor Krawietz says: “We have examined biographies of more than 500 Muslim scholars and chose Ibn Qayyim Al - Jawziyya among them because his thoughts are impressive in everyday life of people from birth to death.”Krawietz with one of his doctoral students, for the first time traveled to Israel so that doctor Holtzman negotiate in Jerusalem Bar-Ilan University's Arabic department about Ibn Qayyim Al - Jawziyya plan.
In the trip, Krawietz says about Ibn Qayyim that we have great interest in such a moral character and affecting in human life and scientific research. Doctor Holtzman describing the project, said: "This is the first time that the views of a Muslim scientific character has been under study in such extent. This is the first time that the German- Israel foundation of GIF has sponsored such a plan in the humanities catalog. "The important thing that exists in this project and other projects supported by the German - Israel foundation is supports of military intelligence of Israel from them. Other projects supported by the German - Israel foundation was for revivinh the word of Mu'tazilites to renew Jewish thought theology headed by doctor "Zabineh Ashmytkeh".
$ Avoiding Israeli research projects
In fact, Israel has divided its research projects in the field of Islamic studies in two major parts, one part is about revival of Shiite Mu'tazilites theology that they mean the word that goes back to the period of the ninth century to the thirteenth century, and Shiite theology has been affected from philosophy more than any other courses. Their objective of this line of research was revival of Jewish theology based on the needs of the current era using rational components of Shiite and Mutazilities theology. The second part of this study is to identify and promote the ideas of Ibn Qayyim Al - Jawziyya and Ibn Taymiyya for intellectual nourishment of Salafi extremists like Daesh to engage different Islamic regions with one another and stimulating Shiite and Sunni conflict and creating safe places for Israel. To clarify the role of Mossad and Israeli army in mobilizing Sunni and Shia differences, it is better to look at the records of Ms. Lyvant Holtzman, Arabic language professor at Bar-Ilan University of Jerusalem and consultant and collaborator of project of Ibn Qayyim Al - Jawziyya.
Ibn Qayyim Al - Jawziyya plan was basically realized by help of Ms. Holtzman to get funding for three researches from the German - Israel foundation and in the first trip of professor Birgit Krawietz from German University to Israel, she gets familiar with various aspects and goals of Ibn Qayyim Al - Jawziyya project in the German - Israel foundation. After Holtzman received her BA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, she worked in the Israeli Defense Forces IDF in the Office of translation in Intelligence Unit in called 8200 for 13 years with the rank of Major. In her career in the Israeli Defense Forces she got master's degree from the University of Bar-Ilan in Jerusalem. After three and a half years, she received her doctoral degree from the Department of Arabic language and was hired as a professor at the same university. One of the plans that she has recently received from Israel Science Foundation, LSF, is related to "human conception of God in Islam." It should be noted that this project is related to Ghali thought in Shiite and including Nasiriyah that know Imam Ali (PBUH) the physical symbol of God and that is why Israeli intelligence agencies with a group of Maronites researchers to create a poisoned atmosphere against Alawites in Syria in particular, "Assad" and before him "Hafez al-Assad" began to comment contents of Nasiriyah to make partisan Sunnis groups to give fatwas and jihad against the Syrian regime because based on the excommunication of Ibn Taymiyya and Abdul Rahman Effendi tens of thousands of Alawites were beheaded in the reign of Ottoman becasues of disbelief and exaggeration in religion and it went to the point where Alevis of Syria and southern Turkey and northern Lebanon took refuge in the high places to the mountains in fear of their lives.
$ Contradictory patterns of Konrad Foundation
Book of law, philosophy and ideology of Ibn Taymiyya and Ibn Qayyim Al - Jawziyya called "lslamic Theology, Philosophy and Law: Debating lbn Taymiyya and lbn Qayyim al – Jawziyya" edited by Birgit Krawietz and Georges Tamer in collaboration with Alina Kokoschka was published in 2013 in Germany. Birgit Krawietz is professor of Islamic studies at German universities, like Freiburg, Tübingen and for a while a professor at the Institute of Higher Studies in America Princeton and Harvard Law School and the Center for Middle Eastern Studies, Harvard University. He has also made activities at the ZMO Center in Berlin and then in Free University of Berlin and the University of Zurich and Ruhr University Bochum as a researcher. He is a specialist in Islamic law and legal studies and is also specialist in Hanbalism and Salafism. His studies were published in Konrad Adenauer Foundation in 2008 under the name of "Islam and the rule of law: between Sharia and secularism". The objectives of the Foundation are not unlike "George Soros" Foundation that include the training of political and social leaders, encourage of democratic thinking and democratic practices, strengthening the subordinate groups of the population, encouraging the development and acceptance of cultural differences, expanding and enhancing community organizations, awareness about self-help and a global exchange of information and experiences, human rights, strengthening the North Atlantic community's values, creation and consolidation of liberal laws, the implementation of the principles of social market of economy, promoting federalism and local autonomy. International activities of Adenauer Foundation include various regions of the world including Europe, America, Canada, Central and Eastern Europe, the Mediterranean and the Middle East, Africa and Latin America. Konrad Adenauer Foundation abbreviated as KAS is a political foundation that works closely with the Christian Democratic Union of Germany, but all this is just one side of the coin and the other side is as follows.
Konrad Adenauer and David Ben-Gurion formed the foundation 55 years ago to strengthen relations between Germany and Israel, as well as the development of cooperation between Germany and Israel people. Legal procedures of establishing the foundation was completed in Israel and in 1982, it officially began its activities. The foundation's official website we can read: "We will try to expand bilateral cooperation between Germany and Israel and it's important to increased activity in level of Europe Union. We will attempt to support democracy and the rule of law in Israel. We will try to support coexistence between Israel and its neighbors. "The foundation's main goal in Israel is forming academic and research relations between centers of higher education in Israel and Germany. The Foundation's website states that the purpose of all efforts is to bring peace and security to the people of Israel.
Policy of Konrad Foundation in creating free democratic society has been based on policy of accepting local and traditional factors in globalism values and becoming universal and deleting small cultures in global culture and as a result, providing backgrounds for penetration of American culture and policy.
If we take a look at the subject of Birgit Krawietz's research in publications and papers related to the Taymiyyah and Ibn Qayyim Al – Jawziyya, we will see that the efforts are done by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, and are in fact, attempts to revive the idea of New self and the view can be seasoned for major explosion of Muslim communities and creating countless crisis in countries opposing Israel in the region because Ibn Taymiyyah's thought are base of intellectual base of Daesh in surrent era and setting middle east on fire will lead to more security for Zionists.
So, the theory of the emergence of Daesh by Israel is more confirmed by the documentation. Series of articles of Ibn Taymiyya and Ibn Qayyim Al - Jawziyya have been supported by the German - Israel foundation, GIF, by one of the projects supported by the Foundation called "polemical intellectual patterns and addressed tools in the theological and legal works of Ibn Qayyim Al - Jawziyya" headed by Nadine Westphal in GIF. As it can be seen, modeling of theological and legal works of Ibn Qayyim Al - Jawziyya and Ibn Taymiyya were of the most important activities of the Germany - Israel Foundation and it is not surprisingly that none of these projects were not represented by the Foundation's official website and it is because the projects were secret to set up a religious extremist movements such as Daesh.
