Once upon a time there was an old man having a son whose name was Abraham. The old man was living with his son by the river. One day flood came and destroyed their cottage. Abraham could save himself by swimming in the river. After that time he did not return back to his land and followed his new fate. He searched and searched until at last he became the cowboy of a rich man.
Once, a man gave him a calf. Abraham took the calf. At night he saw in his dream that a moon from his forehead and a star from his one side and another star from the other side of him have risen. This dream was repeated for him three nights continuously. Abraham could not realize the meaning of this dream himself. So, he went to the judge's home. He gave the calf to him and wanted him to interpret his dream. The judge said him: "It is not clear where your dream will happen!"
Abraham went and went until he arrived at a city. One day he saw two horses in a corner. He decided to remain there at that night. Suddenly he heard a voice saying: "Abraham! Take." Abraham stood up and took whatever furniture given from the other side of the wall and load them on the horses. The voice said: "Take my hand in order that I can climb." Abraham took the hand of the owner of the voice. And when climbed, he saw that it was a beautiful girl. The girl said; "Abraham! Ride your horse and let's go." They rode their horses and went for a few hours.
When it was clear and the girl could recognize him, she said surprisingly: "Who are you?!" Abraham said: "I am Abraham." The girl said: "I had an appointment with my cousin to run away together, because we love each other but our parents did not let us to marry with each other. OK, now seemingly I have been your fate."
They went and went until they reached a river. The girl noticed that Abraham's head was dirty. So she wanted him to bend down in order that she was able to wash his head by the water of the river. When Abraham bent suddenly he found a piece of jewelry in the water of the river. He took it and concealing it from the girl put it in his pocket and said nothing to the girl. The girl gave Abraham some money and wanted him to go to the city and buy a house. Abraham went and bought the house of a merchant and began a common life with the girl.
One day the girl sent Abraham to invite the king and the minister to their home for dinner. Abraham went to the court and invited them. The king and the minister came and began to eat on the tablecloth. Suddenly the eyes of the minister fell on the face of the girl through a corner of the curtain, and he was able to continue eating no longer. When they came out, the king asked the minister why he did not eat food. The minister answered: "I saw a very beautiful girl behind t curtain. Anyway, you should bring the girl to your harem."
In the next morning they wrote a letter to Abraham that he must make ready forty plates of jewelry, and he had only a ten-day time at most to do this work. Abraham went toward the same river in which he had found a piece of jewelry beforehand. But whatever he searched in the water he found nothing. He decided to go and find the source of the river. He went and went until he reached a big garden. He saw that under the garden had been spread so many pieces of jewelry. He went into the garden and saw a cut off head of a girl put on a trunk, and that each blood drop of the girl dropped into the water was changing into a piece of jewelry. Abraham hid himself to find out what the story was. After a while a demon came and took a glass of oil out of the gap in the tree trunk and rubbed oil to the neck of the girl and stuck her head to her body and made the girl alive. When she was alive, the demon asked her: "Do you marry me?" The girl answered: "No." the demon got angry and cut off the head of the girl and went. When the demon was far and could not be seen, Abraham went and took the glass of oil and using it he stuck the head of the girl again. When the girl was alive, he asked her who she was and what the demon wanted her. The girl said: "I am a fairy, and this demon has fallen in my love. He wants me to marry him or he cuts off my head." Abraham wanted her when the demon came to play with him and to ask him the place of the life glass of the demon. This time when the demon came, the girl promised him to marry with him and asked him the place of his life glass. The demon at first deceived her and gave her a wrong address, but at the second time showed her a pool and said her: "At the bottom of this pool there is a gate on which a big stone had been put. By removing the stone, a dark corridor will appear. After passing some steps into it a bright place will appear. There a fountain exists. Every day three deer comes at the fountain. The life glass of me has been tied to the leg of the third deer that limps a little."
When the demon went, Abraham asked the girl address of the life glass of the demon and as soon as taking it from the girl he went to the bottom of the pool and passed through the pool and remained waiting by the fountain. The deer came. He untied the life glass of the demon from the leg of the third deer and while holding it returned back to the girl. Just at this time the demon reached there. Abraham compelled the demon to take them to their city. When they reached their city, Abraham broke the life glass of the demon by hitting it to the ground. By breaking of the glass, the demon became smoke and went to the air. Abraham took the woman to his home and married her.
Then he showed her the order given to him by the king. The woman put a washbowl in front of her and read a prayer and cut the tip of her finger and put it inside the water. By doing this, so many pieces of jewelry were made. Abraham sent them to the king and again invited them for dinner to his home. When they were eating again the eyes of the minister fell on this girl this time and could not eat food. When they came out, the minister said: "The second wife of Abraham is more beautiful than the first one." The king and minister again plotted to kill Abraham. They slept at night and when it was morning and clear they wrote a letter to Abraham and ordered him to go and bring the flower of guffaw. Abraham consulted his second wife who was a fairy. The woman wrote a letter and said Abraham: "Take this letter to the certain fountain. An arm will come out of the water. Give the letter to it. After some moment a box will appear. Take it and bring it here." Abraham went and as the woman had said, brought the box.
When the woman opened the box, she saw a very beautiful girl with the flower of guffaw and a royal suit. Abraham sent the flower and the suit to the king and invited them for dinner. Then he married this girl too and went to bridal chamber with her. The king and minister came for dinner and this time again the eyes of the minister fell on the third wife of Abraham as he was eating food. When they came back to the palace, the minister, this time too, made the king to decide to kill Abraham. So, in the morning, they wrote a letter to Abraham and ordered him to go to the other world and bring the seal of their ancestors. Abraham showed the letter to his first wife, but she did not know what they should do. He showed the letter to his second wife and using the guide if that fairy, Abraham requested forty days respite, and ordered to provide a huge amount of firewood. After three days Abraham went on the bundle of firewood and spread a rug there and sat on it. When they fire the firewood, four fairies came and took Abraham with the rug. Abraham went and during these forty days was with his family living happily in his home. In the fortieth night the fairy took Abraham and put him under ashes and gave him a letter in which the handwritings of the minister's father and the king's father were imitated and had the seal of them under it.
In the morning, when the people gathered, Abraham came out of the ashes and handed over the letter to the king. When the king and minister saw the letter, decided to go to the other world themselves to their fathers and would return back. So the kind ordered the people than during that interval Abraham should be their king. They gathered a huge amount of firewood. The king and minister went and sat on the firewood. When they fired the firewood they went really to the other world and returned back no longer.
