450 g Chicken breast
6 medium-sized potatoes
¾ cup olive oil
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. hot sauce
1 ½ cups grated cheese
½ cup sliced scallions
2 Sausages, sliced, if desired

The dish of chicken and potato is almost loved by everyone and some would even ask for the second and third helpings.
The nutritious recipe tastes yummy and smells so wonderfully that it encompasses the whole house and acts like an appetizer.
The recipe is rather simple to prepare. To summarize, you need to chicken and potatoes are drenched in spices. After about 1 hour in the oven, cheese is topped and over to the oven again. You are recommended to serve the dish with bread and salad.
Directions:
Turn on the oven at 200 degrees Celsius. Take a deep-bottom tray and grease in olive oil or oil spray. Cut chicken breast into small cubes. Wash potatoes and peel. Do cut them in cubes as well.
Put in a bowl olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder and chili sauce and mix well. Put the cubed chicken and potatoes into the dish and mix till covered fully in spices.
Lay the mixture in the oily tray and set in the oven for 50 to 60 minutes. Make sure not to cover it. Each 20 minutes turn them around to make sure they are cooked properly and consistently. Potatoes should get crispy and golden.
In the meanwhile, fry the sliced sausages. Take the tray out. Top with grated cheese, sausages and sliced scallions. You can omit sausages.

If you hate hot foods, you can simply replace hot sauce with tomato paste.
