Recipe:

in the beginning, pour 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan and fry chopped onions in it, add the spices (except the saffron) and sugar and pour the sauce as well. Add the meat to this mixture. After a few minutes add one liter of water and allow the water be boiled. After at least 30 minutes, add plums to the mix. In another pot, put carrots with the remaining of oil and add a pinch of salt and to the carrots and let it be cooked for a few minutes and then mix them together. When the stew is served put fried tomato rings in order to decorate it.
