This tomb is located in a garden that, and when poet was alive, was living in this place. When you enter the garden, you will see a beautiful statue of KHAYAM, and after a while strolling through the lush green trees, you will reach to the tomb. The tomb's mansion is built by Master SEYHUN and is designed in such a way that during the spring time, blossom of trees, fall on the tomb. On this mansion, twenty bits of the poet's poems are written in diamond inscriptions with beautiful line.
At 24 Km of NEISHABUR, slightly above the NEISHABUR-MASHHAD road, on the southern slopes of BINALUD Mountain, and overlooking the NEISYSHABUR plain, there is a sacred place called as the Garden of GHADAMGAH. The reason for naming this garden as GHADAMGAH, there is a black stone on which two traces of feet can be seen. These traces are attributed to Imam Reza. Therefore, many pilgrims, who are visiting the shrine of Imam Reza in Mashhad, on their journey, they will go to this garden to see the stone. The garden you see today in this place is built at SAFAVID time and it is interesting to watch the inside octagonal architecture of the building.
To see this spectacular waterfall, you must go 40 km northeast of NEISHABUR. There is a village called GRINEH, which has a beautiful waterfall in its heart. This waterfall is located in the north of the village. If you go to the valley of the river, where the river is divided into two northern and eastern parts, the spectacular waterfall of the river is in the north part of the river, in front of your eyes. Although the village is not of much interested by the tourists, the existence of a flooded river, lush gardens and this waterfall, made it a spectacular area.
To visit the SARNI Cave, You have to go to the village of DERAKHT JOZ (nutmeg), 50 kilometers northwest of NEISHABUR city, along the NEISHABUR – QUCHAN road. The village has a virgin nature, especially in the fall of thousand colors, shows eye-catching beauty. In this valley, an old plantain is planted more than 400 years ago, and in the fall, its colorful leaves are one of the attractions of the said valley. If you walk along the valley, you will find this blue cave below the edge, reaching the summit of the mount BINALOOD. The cave that people say, the largest blue cave in KHORASAN state. You can only visit the first part of the cave because there is a water pond in the cave that does not allow further advance into the cave.

The river flows through the valley, which has brought great popularity to the area and has made it a lively and well-developed region. Because of this river, there are many fruit trees in this area that have created lush landscapes. Following this waterfall, a river of 20 km long is formed, and along the waterways many springs flow into it. This mountain is located between NEISHABUR and MASHHAD and people call it as the roof of KHORASAN state. Although the weather here is warm and dry, but on this mountain is remarkable rain and many of the attractions of NEISHABUR like waterfalls and caves are due to this mountain. The mountain has many peaks including GHUCHGAR and FELESKE. In the northern part of the mountain range there is side mountain range and watching its rocky valleys is interesting.
