Contemporary master of Iranian music
Professor Ahmad EBADI, artist and master of the sitar and Persian classical music, was born in Tehran. He lost his father when he was a teenager and was sponsored by his elder brother. Ahmad started to learn the music from early age, and after years of playing the sitar, offered a new way of playing by this instrument and taught this method to others. Professor encouraged students to practice more and efficient through his fine education, and by this way, he developed Iranian classical music. EBADI was kind, compassionate teacher and generous. Whatever he had in his chest, has presented it to his own students. His music Archive is a great treasure for those who love Iranian classical music. One of the features, is the performance of different tunings of sitar. That is the result of eighty years of his experience.
