Hojjat al-Islam Dr. Morteza Aghatehrani who is Professor of Ethics and representative of the people of Tehran in The Islamic Consultative Assembly and he was the speaker of mourning ceremony in the first decade of Muharram in the Ahl al-Bayt Mosque in Qom. He in the expression of feature of the styles of religious life outlined in the fifth night of the ceremony that moving toward Western life and living individual is enemy of the family system and anti-Islamic ideas. He stated that ignorance of each other is the sedition of Western model life . he also Described that following to the West and moving toward individual life is regrettable.
He pointed to the order of Islam about the importance of visiting said: In the West, finding close relatives, such as parents is one of the most attractive programs. In there neighbors do not know about their neighbors and that is enough that in "Queens" one person was found dead at his home thirty years ago and no one knew him.
This professor of ethics in the Qom Seminary outlined that having support from the family is the benefits for intertwining of families and continued: when relatives connected to each other, the result of that become economic support of each other as much as I saw that some people are without work for a long time but their life did not break because family support them. But in the West if a person does not have a work for fifty days, it is equal to becoming homeless. There that every one should work for himself and no one know about each other.
He read the verse and told that woman is the cause of lull for man and home is the revitalizing station and added: One of the causes of anxiety in the community is this that its men are single. If we do not have any revitalizing station so we can not work correctly.
Doctor Aghatehrani expressed some special features of women And said: One of the characteristics of women is creating peace and residence for man at home and the expression of love of both sides that calms the soul is one of the grace of God that has given to families.
He stated that the unique characteristics of each of the couples caused that it completed them together and said: responsibilities of life should be assigned base on talent and character of each sex until we will arrive to the best division of labor; it is the same way that the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) used about Hazrat Zahra (AS) and Imam Ali (AS).
He referred to a Hadith and stated that breadwinnering for family is as the same as working in the in Allah's way. He also said; Do not stop to learn just a job that if that work become at risk you can live propertly.It is better to learn some occupation and craft; When I was in America my scholarships was cut for a while. My wife said, what should we do? I said if my scholarship did not continue, I will do some special work in the building that was my father’s job and will make money.
This member of Parliament and professor of ethics outlined that tireless efforts is the tradition of the elders and also added: Martyr Ghodousi who was the groom of Allameh Tabatabai have said that at the end of the life of Allameh, his body was shaking a lot and doctor forbade him from writing. He put a relatively heavy stone on his hand until his shaking hand did not impact on his writing and the line became legible.
Hojjat al-Islam Aghatehrani at the end of his speech, he believed that the apparent indulgence of West in regard to the issue of women's liberation is the result of underrate to the women in that place and said: Islam has had no time bad look to the woman and has put no time woman as a means of hedonism and does not allow to men to exploitate women.
