I start my speech with words of Imam Hussein, the great martyr of Middle East people:
"انالحياة عقيده و جهاد"
''Surely life is idea and Jihad.''
As Marx said: in a classified society wealth is accumulated in one hand and poverty, hunger and misery on the other hand, while the underprivileged are generating the wealth, and Imam Ali says, no castle is set unless thousands of people become poor, and that is why we can name Imam Ali as the first socialist of the world and also the Persian Salman and Abuzar Ghaffari.
I started my word from the real Islam in Iran that has always paid his share to true liberation movements in Iran. Seyyed Abdullah Behbahani and Sheikh Mohammad Khyabany are the honest charts of these movements and today the real Islam has paid a lot to national liberation movements of Iran.
Khosro Gol Sorkhi was born in February 1946 in the city of Rasht. He lost his father in childhood. Shams al-Sharia, his mother brought him and his two-year-old brother Farhad to the city of Qom to the house of Haj Sheikh Mohammed Vahid, their maternal grandfather. Vahid was a Fighting man who had fought once in the movement of the forest, near Mirza Koochak Khan. Khosro was trained by him and he was influenced by his struggles and his ideas. He even composed some poems In this regard called "forest" and "Damon". He called his son "Damon". (Damon means shelter and a lot of black forest). In 1341, after the death of his grandfather, he went to Tehran with Farhad, his brother. They rent a room in the neighbourhood of Amin and settled there. He worked at nights and studied at days.
Khosro in these years was not unaware of literature and his intellectual flourishing period in the press was during 48 to 52 years that he was arrested by SAVAK. But his serious work in poetry was started since 45. Gol Sorkhi got married in 48 with Atefeh Gorgin, his dead friend’s wife. He has a son named "Damon" who now lives in Paris with her mother. A week after the arrest of Khosro Gol Sorkhi, his wife who had been also aware by one of his colleagues was arrested and imprisoned and his son inevitably lived to his brother.
Khosro Gol Sorkhi on 29 February 1352 and despite that he was in prison of SAVAK and he could never be involved in the hostage-taking of Reza Pahlavi, in military court he was sentenced to death solely for the defence of his ideas and he was executed in the Chitgar square.

The life of Imam Hussein is the exemplar of our present lives that are sentenced in this court because of defending the deprive peoples of our homeland. Hussein was in the minority and Yazid had court, army, government and power. He stood up and was martyred while Yazid occupied part of history, but the thing that was repeated in history was the stability and way of Imam Hussein and not the rule of Yazid. What people are repeating is the way of Lord Hussein. Thus, in a Marxist society Islam is justified as a superstructure and we are reaffirming such Islam, the Islam of Imam Ali and Imam Hossein peace on them. Political charge needs no document in Iran and I am one example of such political charge. In April, as stated in the indictment I was arrested and charged of forming a communist group who has not even read a book. (One of SAVAK agents screams: he lies) and my urine was blood because of tortures. Then they moved me to another prison then I was interrogated again and I was accused of Conspiracy. Two years ago I spoke and now I am sentence in this trial as a conspirator.
In Iran the political charge is that prisons are full of young people and adolescents accused of thinking and thinking and reading books are banned and torture of imprisonment is legal. Mr. President of the Court, the same court sentenced them to prison. When they go to jail and then come out of jail they put their books away and take the gun.
We should find the main reason. The effects only make us to complain. The truth is that we just see complaint around us. In Iran people are sentenced because of thinking and as I said before I am not separated from these people but I am an apparent example of that. A young person who is being dealt with this kind of thinking is reminiscent of the medieval Inquisition.
There is CTA bureaucracy as an organization whose one part is just active and that is the part of censorship that is called writing department.
Each book is censored pre-publication, while it is not allowed anywhere in the world.
But whether these actions with all this oppression can stop the idea? Do you have such diagram in your history? Vietnam’s hero is a true figure who fights with American civilization and defeats them. In Iran, we are faced with terror of thoughts and ideas. In Iran even the flourishing accents of our peoples as Baluchi, Turks and Kurd are not allowed to publish their works in their languages; because it is obvious what should be imposed is the culture of the Imperialism. In a country like Iran the enemy is not the visible. No system is reversible, i.e. when slavery is finished, when feudalism ends, the bourgeoisie comes, the only thing that land reform has done in Iran, is creating a way for the consumption of junk overproduction of imperialism. In the past, if the farmer was only facing with Khan, now he is facing with a number of agricultural and cooperatives companies. Imperialism in societies like Iran, to stop the forefront mass of revolution has to reform.
Mr. President of this court which one is honourable going around Tehran as Nezam Abad, like Paul Shrine innocent, like I Susa, like Darvazehghar and ask people where you are from? What do you do? They answer: ''we have escaped.'' '' What you have escaped from?'' '' We have escaped from our loan that we could not pay it back.''
Those who are closer to government will be richer. So we cannot say that feudalism in Iran has been lost. It is true that type of production has been changed to some extent, but it has not disappeared. The feudal that is ruling on our life is the same previous feudal that is now the speculators of imperialism. Bourgeois, cooperative and agronomic companies are used in Iran more than village chief.
Judge: I ask you to defend yourself
Gol Sorkhi: I'm the defending my people.
President: You, as the final defence, defend yourself and do what I ask, as the final defence of behaviour that you know what those in favour of the accusations here.
Gol Sorkhi: I have nothing to say on behalf of myself, I can only speak on behalf of my people. If there is not this freedom, I can sit.
President: you have as much freedom to defend yourself as a last defence.
Khosro Gol Sorkhi: (with anger and pride) I sit, I sit, I do not speak
