Shahreza Waterfall Park

Building Waterfall Park, at an area of 500,000 square m, was started after a lot of research and examinations; its location was found and in the middle of 1368 the Municipality put the plan on its agenda. Its operations began afterwards and after less than 3 years, the first stage came into operation. Establishment of the park increased the green space per capita, from 7.5 m to 17 m. Its nice location and great architecture as well as delightful and lovely landscape, play a great role in attracting tourists and promoting the industry in the region.
The Park, authorized by Tourism Department of the province, is located on the west side of Shahreza-Isfahan Road and its successful tentative start took place in Day, 1386, solar calendar, hitting a pickaxe on the ground.
Waterfall Park has been planned in 3 stages, the first of which included a waterfall with a height of 150 m, an artificial lake, stone bridge, restaurant, cafe, parking lot catering for 700 cars, an amphitheater with 400 seats, a pond, bike riding ground for women, a set of sports clubs for men, covered tables, play ground for kids and teens, wind park, proper lighting system, public convenience and green space are all among the offered facilities.
On the second and third stages, birds garden, flowers gardens, historical works museum of Isfahan, halls for gatherings and sports ground, hotel, buildings and camping sites, daily markets and a clinic are planned to be added in the foreseeable future.
