Gomaj Kabab is a traditional dish in Gilan Province.
Ingredients,
Meat cubes, 1/2 kg
Onions, 3 nos
Ground parsley, 1/2 kg
Ground Sour Pomegranates, as required
Water, 1 glass
Salt, pepper, turmeric and oil, as required
 Gomaj Kabab
Procedure
Cook chopped meat along with grated onions, pepper, turmeric and ground parsley as well as a little water and 1 tbsp of oil over a mild flame. Check the food in between and if its water is insufficient, add in some.
When meat pieces are well-done, drizzle sour pomegranate juice or ground pomegranates and sprinkle salt. Give it time until it sets.
