Ingredients
Low-rate meat, ground, 500 g
Potatoes, Medium-sized, 3 nos
Onions, Medium-sized, 3 nos
Tomato paste, 2 to 3 tbsp
Oil, 150 g
Chickpea flour, 50 g
Egg, 1 no
Dried mint leaves, 2 to 3 tbsp
Garlic cloves, ground, 2 tbsp
Turmeric, 2 full tbsp
Salt and pepper, as required
Procedure
  Kermanshahi Kufta Rize
First Mix grated onions with ground meat. You can also grind them together. To this add chickpea flour, egg, spices and salt and mix finely. Keep it aside.
Sauté Onions and garlic in a pot and add knuckled-sized potatoes. Add 3 glasses of water. Once it starts boiling, lower the heat and make walnut-sized balls out of the meat mixture and arrange them inside the pot. After 45 minutes, it is ready. Add in dried mint, lemon juice and tomato paste and let it simmer again. You can make fried mints and then add.
