Ingredients
Low-rate meat, ground, 500 g
Potatoes, Medium-sized, 3 nos

Tomato paste, 2 to 3 tbsp

Chickpea flour, 50 g

Procedure
Sauté Onions and garlic in a pot and add knuckled-sized potatoes. Add 3 glasses of water. Once it starts boiling, lower the heat and make walnut-sized balls out of the meat mixture and arrange them inside the pot. After 45 minutes, it is ready. Add in dried mint, lemon juice and tomato paste and let it simmer again. You can make fried mints and then add.
