  Kui Stew
First Peel off the outer skin of the squash and chop in tiny pieces. Cook it with enough water. Crush the pre-cooked lentils along with cooked squash pieces. Do it with a masher till thoroughly crushed. Then add the ground walnuts as well as turmeric powder to the mixture. Fry the whole mixture in the oil and at last, de-seed dates and add to the fried mixture.
